Lets start off by saying Hey everyone you might see me on your business reviews one day so always be on your Ps and Qs. I came into the store with the intent to leave a review. I'm going to start off by saying for the store to be so small and a person in every corner my greeting was very nonchalant attached with don't want to be bothered energy. The woman that was seated at the desk in the front of the store was the only one who greeted me when I entered. There were 3 people in the front seated with no customers at the moment and only one person greeted me. The 2 males that were in the front were too busy, one in his phone with his legs crossed and the other one deep into his computer screen. The lady offered to help me I told her I just came in to look at the frames. while I browse, I noticed it was dead silent inside of the store. no music no anything, just silents and everyone staring at a screen. The 2 men that sit in the front are very rude. More customers came in while I looked around, the guy that was on his phone was helping one of them he was trying to be quiet but was unsuccessful. He is very unprofessional, cursing while providing a service. Within the 10 to 15 minutes I spent inside this store I knew I did not want to return.

Excellent Service and staff . Professional and personable. I have never had an unpleasant experience at Eye Gallery. They have earned my trust and I have been a repeat customer for years.

Excellent selection of frames, including high-end frames. And superb service. Jamie is incredibly knowledgeable, and able to visualize appropriate frames, saving time and making the entire experience a lot more enjoyable.
