Avoid this place at all costs. The worst experience with a medical practitioner. I went to the doctor as BCBS in-network provider for a yearly preventive care check-up for me and wife. Conveyed the reason to the doctor why I was there. The doctor was good and did what he needed to do. At the check-out the Admin charged me copay for both me and wife even though the card stated 0 copay for preventive. I talked to insurance and they stated no copay is required for preventive care. Did a 3 way conference with provider and insurance where insurance agent told the provider that copay is 0. The admin told me they will get back to me in a couple of days but they never did. I called back and they stated they needed a written letter from insurance. Insurance stated that they cannot provide such a letter as they can only recommend what service type providers can charge against but it is up to the providers what to charge. So basically worst customer care experience. Provider did not follow up with insurance and each time I had to initiate the conversations to clarify. Would not be so pissed even if a genuine effort was made by them to sort this out but seems they don't care. The office still uses 1980s technology and everything seems to be caught in a time warp. Again the doctor is good and experienced but the business is not. Finally was not refunded the money and had to eat the cost of copay. Unfairly treated and reporting them to the insurance and BBB.

Very professional staff. Dr Safra is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommend.

The doctor was almost abusive, the exam hurt, and the staff pretended like nothing was amiss. Crazy.
