I had my first appt. Was refer by my daughter. It was the best eye appt. I have ever had in my 65 yrs excellent excellent excellent!! Professional impeccable service. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Lam was great and the initial assistant with the exam, however .. the initial associate did not know any information concerning my new Insurance provider and was very concerning.. Dr. Lam ask xxxxx to help my with my glasses and prescription. The person xxxxx did not seem eager to assist me, I went to the bathroom during the process of picking glasses and discussing what I wanted to add in prescription. When I returned from bathroom another customer was setting with him and he said you can have a seat and wait. I was very confused and upset. I ask can I check out to dDr. Lam, xxxxx spoke up and said I copied her choice two years ago and check out is ready? Paid but! Wait what if I didn't want to add something or wanted something different. I have brought my business to Eye Doctor for years and I love Dr. Lam, but! I am not happy with my price nor was it even discussed what my prescription included and was it what was best for me at this time and what I needed? I am very disappointed and concerned I have the right prescription and glasses for me almost $350 later. Can I have some feedback and follow up.
