Thank you so much for all your help. I am really impressed with the ease of this process, and communication has been great. I would highly recommend UVP to all. I received my glasses very quickly, however there was a slight problem with the glasses and I had to return them. I have never had such great communication with any company like I have had with UVP. I've purchased three pairs of glasses from UVP, but unfortunately, each experience has been a bit of a challenge. With the first pair, I received them without the necessary lens coatings, which resulted in a frustrating six-month wait for reimbursement and the reinstatement of my benefits. This meant missing out on the opportunity to get glasses that year. The second pair was also problematic, as both the frames and lenses arrived damaged. After two months and several complaints, I finally received a replacement. Thankfully, the third pair was correct and in good condition, coming with the right coatings. Since July, my wife and I have been trying to order more glasses, but the website still hasn't updated our benefits, despite us submitting multiple support tickets and complaints. so we now missed another year without being able to use our benefits. Even though Avesis recommends UVP, we find ourselves seven months later still dealing with this unresolved issue.

I have ordered and received high quality eyeglasses and sunglasses from United Vision Plan before, but I recently obtained a new prescription after an updated eye exam. United Vision Plan was very prompt in producing my order, but somehow, the glasses didn't work for me. I returned them and immediately received a reply with apologies, and reassurance that they would be replaced right away. Few companies these days have customer service that not only works, United Vision Plan has consistently proven to be a friendly, compassionate and professional company that ensures customer satisfaction. I can't thank them enough for their great customer service.

I love their offers! They have an impressive selection of eyewear that are super stylish and affordable. The quality is really good as well as they have hundreds of brands. You can also order contact lenses and add prescription to sunglasses and blue light-blocking lenses. After finding them I only order my Ray Bans from here!

Ordered glasses but when they arrived they were wrong due to my mistake. Even though I was willing to take the loss the representative insisted on placing a corrected order free of charge saying my satisfaction was their ultimate goal. I reordered and received a beautiful pair of glasses that fit and worked great. Every customer service team member i dealt with was exceptional and definitely have a satisfied customer for life
