Dr Patel and Dr Jones are both absolutely incredible. Great chair side manner. I have seen them both for everything ranging from contact lenses/glasses prescriptions, eye injury (corneal stuff) and most recently an infection from a spider bite on my eyelid. I cannot recommend them both enough. I have been seeing optometrists since I was 10 years old and Dr Jones and Dr Patel are hands down the best!

The two front girls are very sweet. I did watch them wipe down the machines each time before and after I was tested. I think it is an overall good experience. I must, I have been going there since 2020. I get my glasses there as well. They have the current frame styles. I also like the personal touch that Ms Lisa puts in getting the perfect fit for my odd sized face! You do not get that ordering online!

I do not recommend this eye doctor. Not only did I wait for an hour to be seen for my scheduled appointment. The staff is incredibly rude and short with everyone. I wanted to try contacts for the first time and had some issues with the contacts. I had to come back to see if they could try a different brand that might b me a better fit. I wanted to see the doctor and they refused to let me see the doctor unless I paid for another exam visit even though I already did the exam a few months ago. Needless to say they gave me one another brand of contacts to try and sent me on my way saying "maybe there's just something wrong with your eyes".... That other brand didn't work either because they didn't want to listen to what I had to say. This doctor and staff doesn't care about their patients.
