Great Service all around! I was in and out and the Dr. Joseph Whitlatch was extremely kind and welcoming. After a scare a few years back while visiting my previous eye Dr. He eased my nerves and explained everything he was doing. Even took the time to explain the different contact brands that may suit me. Great experience. I will be back

I've come here for the past 2yrs for eye exams and it's been a great experience thus far. All staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and professional (rare in the ATL, so this is a huge plus). Exams, appts and the turnaround for receiving my glasses has always been in a timely manner. LGBT friendly

1 Star - Incompetence, Dishonesty, and Zero Accountability My experience at Visionworks at Cumberland Mall was beyond unacceptable. Two weeks ago, I had an eye exam and ordered two pairs of glasses, clearly stating which pair I wanted my prescription in. I was told both pairs would be covered under my insurance for $200 total, and I paid $44.95 at the time. I returned today to pick them up and was told they only ordered one pair--and it was the pair I did NOT want. The glasses I specifically requested were never ordered at all. The associate who helped me originally remembered me and admitted the mistake, apologizing for the inconvenience. From there, it only got worse. The front desk attendant offered 50% off for their error, but when payment was discussed, she suddenly told me I owed $160, which made absolutely no sense given what I had already paid and what I was originally promised. When questioned, the discount magically disappeared. Instead of honoring it, she offered me a cheap glasses cleaning kit as compensation--insulting, to say the least. To top it off, the original associate told me, "At least your glasses were ready before 21 days--usually it takes 21 days." I explained that the order was wrong, so the timing was irrelevant. She then walked away. This location is disorganized, dismissive, and completely unaccountable for their own mistakes. I wasted my time and was nearly charged extra to fix their error. Do not go here. If you value accuracy, transparency, or basic customer service, take your business elsewhere !!!!

Aaliyah was very professional, polite, knowledgeable, but personable. She had a lot of patience with me being that I'm 76 years old and sometimes require repeating. But she was superb. She gets 10 not 5!

I was promptly greeted upon entering the office. Dr. Whatlick and team are very professional, thorough, and knowledgeable-- especially Kayla. When making my appointment online there were plenty of time slots available whether I wanted to schedule a next day or next month appointment. They had a nice selection of frames to choose from. I found 3 that I fell in love with. I highly recommended going to this location for your eye care needs!

I recently visited the vision Works in the Cumberland mall to get my glasses tightened. I was promptly greeted at the door and escorted over to Kayla, who met me with a warm smile and kind eyes. She gave me the red carpet treatment! I even told her I didn't mind cleaning my own glasses and she promptly said that it was not a problem and cleaned them very thoroughly for me. This was by far, the best experience I've had at a glasses store!

The lady that checked me in was amazing and very helpful. The lady that did the pre exam was patient, quick , and nice. The dr was great informative and gentle. The lady that helped check me out was nice and patient. The entire staff I interacted with was friendly and pleasant.

Ulish was such a great help when I came in. He explained all of my benefits to me so that I understood and created such a joyous vibe in the room. Kayla was also so professional when prepping me to see the doctor. She had such a classy level of customer service that really put me at ease. I'm looking forward to the next time i see them when I come in and pick up my glasses
