Very grateful for the doctors there! I came to get eyeglasses, but was not able to. The physicians (2) examined my eyes, identified and diagnosed my problem which required a specialist and surgeon. They referred me to excellent specialists ! This occurred 7 years ago. The physicians at Walmart on Gresham Road contacted my family to get a driver to come and pick me up so I could get home safely! I'd thought that eyeglasses would help me to see better, but the Walmart Vision Center doctors were honest and caring. They did not try to prescribe nor sell me something that would not work. Truly Unforgettable! I am Ever Grateful!

The eye doctor was great, however the rest of the staff need to be trained in customer service. They are argumentative, give conflicting information ( such as when to expect glasses to be ready for pick-up) and they act like THEY are doing YOU a favor by doing their jobs. I am glad that I finally got my glasses, but I will never, ever go there again and I will tell all family, friends, acquaintances and strangers to stay away from this place.

I took my kids up here to get there eyes check, such a bad idea the doctor was so nasty had to tell he is talking to a child and not adult. Went around December here it is January n my child still haven't gotten his glasses. Everytime I go up there it's u have to come back when the doctor is he, then I did that still couldn't get the glasses. WTF is they if everything have to be done by the doctor, like what are these other people there for. Is really hard to just give the glasses why do I need to see the doctor. Never again will keep going to there old eye doctor
