I had such a good experience here this week. The eye doctor and tech were quick and detailed and provided information about my eye health related to macular degeneration that no other doctor had before. The person who helped me with glasses options was great and so patient. I don't make decisions easily and she really helped me. I'd purchased from Warby Parker years ago but this was the first time I went to the (independent) eye doctor located there and also chose glasses and everything was just so good and everyone there was just so awesome.

Ahmad took excellent care of me and explained every step clearly. Dr. Hadadi is easily the best optometrist I've ever encountered--thorough, knowledgeable, and generous with her time as she answered all of my questions. And Jameson went above and beyond, not only handling my order with expertise but also patiently resolving an insurance issue for my wife when the portal showed incorrect information.
If the glasses are as great as the service, this will be a perfect 10/10 experience. I'll update my review once they arrive.

I've purchased numerous pair of glasses and Rx sunglasses from Warby Parker in the past, but never again. I have an older pair of Rx sunglasses that I'm trying to bring up to date, but Warby Parker is refusing to assist, aside from charging $165 for new Rx sunglass lenses. They will not let me pay $65 for regular lenses. Do NOT get an eye exam or purchase glasses from Warby Parker.
