I had a great experience at Warby Parker thanks to Miles. He was extremely helpful and insightful about my glasses and prescription, and he really took the time to make sure I understood all of my options. He helped me get the most for my money and was very detailed when explaining the 6-month scratch warranty and the 30-day return policy in case I had any issues with my glasses.
Miles even went to the back and grabbed exactly what I needed, which made the whole process quick and seamless. Because of his knowledge and kindness, I felt confident purchasing my glasses on the spot. Super helpful, professional, and genuinely nice. The world needs more people like Miles!

The best eye appointment I have had. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, help you through every step of the process, and they even helped me decide what frame to choose. The eye doctor was incredibly thorough, explained everything as she was doing it, and was patient with my ADHD which makes it hard for me to decide which lens is clearer. She repeated the lenses until I felt comfortable that the one I chose was the best choice. Would absolutely recommend and will be back!

So... This place is unlike any other glasses' store. The name itself (Warby Parker) is catchy and sounds good and their lines of glasses are even 100 times better. There are 4 things I always look for whenever I am attempting to rate a place or a store. The Customer Services, The Cleanliness, The Products or Services, and The Creativity. Those 4 aspects are primordial and I highly rate them in all those categories. The associates are super cool. They have bookshelves for kids and adults even though I am not if it is permitted to sit there and enjoy a good read! This place is magnificent and spectacular. See for yourself.
