Wonderful Dr and Optician & staff. The Dr takes her time to really get the fittings of the contact correct creating a special bond of community and service. Christopher has taken the time to choose frames that are both eloquent, yet sassy with a classic dare. Lol, if you wear the frames you will receive lots of compliments. Chris is like the classic man who is the neighbor you want to invite to the barbecue or pool party. The feeling and experience(s) are both rich, yet very west coast, perhaps Westside with a splash of coreponeus for color enhancement in 5D.

Dr. Ortiz and her staff are absolutely amazing. She is so kind and spends so much time educating her patients as she is treating them. I have never had an experience where I learned so much about my eyes and how they are aging. Likewise, the man and woman who serve as her support staff are equally warm and kind. The office always smells heavenly, which I truly appreciate. The prices are good and the service is great.

Dr Ortiz and her staff are all super kind and professional. It was my first exam at Westside Eye Center and everything was explained to me well from the exam process and results to what insurance paid for vs what I'd owe. Good selection of fashionable frames from some high end brands I recognized as well as some I didn't. All in all there's no reason I wouldn't go back for future exams and eyewear needs. A+
