I had a fantastic experience with my new eye doctor. I was referred by my previous doctor and, honestly, I was pretty nervous walking in--but from the moment I entered the office, the entire team made me feel comfortable.
Every technician I worked with during my exams was extremely professional, warm, and truly a team player. I went through several evaluations (including glaucoma scans) and each person I encountered was attentive, reassuring, and clearly very knowledgeable. The office was also very organized--my wait time was minimal and everything ran pretty much on schedule.
Even though it can be stressful coming in for these types of tests, the care I received was first-class. I'm grateful for such excellent service and I would absolutely recommend Dr.Day and the practice to anyone. If I ever need to return, I'll feel confident coming back.
