Staff was very pleasant from the front of the office to the back. Dr Dyak was knowledgeable and made me very comfortable. She was easy to talk to and answered my million questions....Office was welcoming and clean. Glad to see them utilizing newer technology for patient check in, made it much easier and quick! Woolfson Eye Institute is an incredible facility. Dr. Dyak and her team is second to none in the field of Optometry. I had the most amazing experience from check-in to checking-out. Dr. Dyak's bedside manner is top tier. I wish I could keep this gem to myself but I must share my amazing experience. The facility is sterile and in immaculately clean. When you first walk in there is a wow factor. Everyone is a pleasure to work with. Dr. Dyak left me in awe. She genuinely cares about her patients. She asks questions, listens to your concerns, and she doesn't rush you. I have never met an optometry team this amazing. I am truly pleased my Primary Care physician recommended this fine group of professionals. Thank you Team Woolfson Eye Institute! The best in Optemetry. My eyes love you!

The kind staff found time in their busy schedule to fit me in for an appointment when I hoped to be seen about eye irritation before an upcoming trip. Dr. Dyak was very friendly, examined my eye, explained what the problem was and prescribed drops, and my eye was already feeling better the next day. I now feel confident about being overseas where there will be no eye doctors! Thank you for saving the day! The staff and doctors here are the best!

While attending the Illinois College of Optometry, she spent a semester of her training with Woolfson, and later returned for a year of specialized training at the Woolfson Optometric Residency Program in Refractive Surgery and Eye Pathology from 2014-2015.
