Dr Patton and his staff are very professional and welcoming. They treat you like a friend not a number. Dr Patton did my cataract surgeries and the results were great.

An outstanding office and office staff. Everyone was kind and knowledgeable. The dr found my problem (I'm not imagining it) and he can fix it! I am so happy and I can't wait to see properly again. Highly recommend !! Thank you all very much!!!!

My experience with Blue Ridge Mountain Ophthalmology was great all around. The woman who answered the phone was very helpful in getting me squeezed in for my issue. She was kind, compassionate, and a pleasure to work with. This office is hopping I'm sure because everyone here is so nice and knowledgeable. Hannah is Dr. Patton's assistant and she is just wonderful. Dr. Patton is great, I didn't feel like he was in a hurry and he answered all my questions. He was thorough and let me know how everything would play out and we arranged for my follow up appointment. I guess the thing I'm most impressed with is that everyone in the office is welcoming and friendly and then you get fantastic doctor skills as well. A very happy experience.

If you need a ophthalmologist in Fannin or Union County Dr. Jordan Patton in who you want to consult with. Top notch, I came in with bad pink eye, Dr. Patton did what he needed to exam and diagnose. Prescribed Drops that imho was the equivalent of setting off a Nuke in my eyes to kill what ever bug I had. Was gone in two days.

My elderly father has extensive eye disease and Dr. Patton was very compassionate with him. He is now much more comfortable and we all feel he is in good hands now. The doctor even called my mother to give her an update! The office is well-organized, short waits and great COVID precautions. I wish we had moved him to this office earlier.

I had cataract surgery yesterday by Dr. Patton at fannin regional hospital and I have to say that he was very good and the staff was also very friendly as well as professional! I had been very nervous about the whole thing and they did a very good job of reassuring me it would all be ok! Thank you Dr. Patton and staff! Dr. Patton also has a girl name Hannah that works for him at the office who is the best!

Dr. Jordan Patton is kind in his manner and thorough in the information he provides to his patients. Plus, he is excellent at what he does: ophthalmology (not optometry). The office is clean and calm, and for patients who, like me, come away from their appointment in need of prescription glasses, Dr. Patton's reports make ordering the right glasses a breeze. Highly recommended.

Today Dr. Patton took the time to see my wife after his morning surgeries recognizing that it was an emergency. She has been in such pain that she could not sleep for the past two weeks. Her eye pressure was sky high. Dr Patton lowered it but she will have to have surgery to fix it, or have to have a monthly drainage. Left untreated she would have physically lost the eye. She had mostly lost the sight of it six weeks ago. So I am very grateful. Dr. Patton administered procedures to lower the pressure.Two trips to the ER did not catch it. Pain pills did not help. The pain was horrendous. Somehow on top of a full day Dr. Patton made time for my wife as he knew how serious this was and knew what was going wrong. Today he gave Evelyn here life back. She said she felt like she was dying last night. I felt helpless, only able to stroke her skull as the pain moved around. Dr Patton also gave me my life back today. He is knowledgeable and caring and goes the extra mile to help his patient. We are very grateful and fortunate to have found him. Sincerely - Michael Brown
