Always professional and knowledgeable with a relaxed atmosphere. They were immediately responsive when I had an acute vision change. They worked me in immediately, diagnosed the issue and promptly arranged a referral to a retinal specialist. I greatly appreciate their kindness.

I want to give a shout out to Vicky, Kim and Dr. Chris at Jabaley. There were issues with the first and second, recheck prescription I got from my eye doc. I was extremely frustrated. I had to drive from Murphy multiple times and I was worried I'd get stuck with expensive glasses that I couldn't use. ) I don't know to what extent Vicky and Kim realized my frustration which I had to work hard to hide, but they were both very patient with me. Finally, after the remake was done from my eye doc's script, I decided to get yet another refraction done only this time from Jabaley. I explained to Dr. Chris what was going on, he issued a new prescription, glasses were made and I can see fine. The long and the short of this is these folks are kind, patient and good listeners. They went above and beyond, surpassing what I would call great customer service. This was, and I have never said this before about anywhere I've brought my business, this was exemplary care. Please know, I would not have hesitated to point out if the opposite was true. So, take it from me, get your glasses done here. You will be in good hands.

Best in the business. I never want to go to an eye doctor, but when I have to I always hope it's Jabaley. They have removed foreign objects from my eye twice now over the years and everything about the experience has been wonderful. Plenty of friendly smiling faces to assist you. Definitely recommend.

I love going there. The Jabaley's have took care of my eyes since first grade. Jennifer is the best. She takes the time to listen and she knows her patients well. I wouldn't go anywhere else.

The staff and doctors are outstanding! They go above and beyond to accommodate patients as I was seen after scratching my eye. I live 2 hours away from Blue Ridge and they worked me in and treated me for a corneal abrasion. I can't say enough good things about the great care that I received and the kindness of the entire staff!

My wife and I brought many books from Florida to our vacation rental cabin near Mineral Bluff. Reading (and rest) was key. Her glasses broke. Dr. Jabaley's staff welcomed us in and gave my wife unbelievable personal attention, finding a replacement stem and taking the time to make multiple adjustments. For out of town visitors, this level of kind personal care was nothing less than stunning - as was the fee - "No charge." Five stars - and more - from us Dr. Jabaley!!! Thank you so much!

Left upset and disappointed. He said that he would work with me to find the right contacts for me. He was very pleasant and said he would order as many trial pairs as he needed to make the correct adjustment. Then, I had to to see his wife at the next appointment because of my schedule. She basically told me that my eye was oddly shaped and I should give up trying. I really wish that I could have seen him the previous day to see what he had to say since I had already been working with him. I am 34 and not to old to wear contacts. I feel like she didn't care to take time to help me. Just very upsetting.
