I & my husband visited Clarkson Eyecare and received the outstanding care by Dr Jessica Kennedy. She was just amazing! Very detailed and took time to check & explain our condition of eyes. We get our routine yearly eye exam and this was our first time going to Clarkson. Well, we don't need to look for new optometrist anymore since we found Dr Jessica Kenney. Also, Jonathan and other staff members are very friendly and attentive.

Overall Clarkson does a good job. They bought out my regular optometrist of 25 years in Duluth. He was wonderful. After his retirement I then moved my records to Clarkson Braselton. After a few years, I have not had the same Dr. on any of my visits. I think they might rotate locations but not all the time. The receptionist is very nice and does a great job. I do not like having to see a new person every time I make my appointments. The last doctor I saw was kind of dry and very impersonal. It's just like you have to start over every time you make a visit. If I have a different doctor on my next visit I think I'm just going to change providers.

This office has no respect for their patient's time, and you have cancelled me for final time. This office is full of excuses and I'm sorries and watch out, they always charge you for the optional eyeglass insurance and then won't take it off the bill when you bust them. My wife refuses to use Clarkson for the poor service and it's my fault for not listening to her. I will never go back.
