The staff, nurses, and everyone was very helpful and kind. When I had questions I was able to call and get answers, and sometimes even dropped by the office and was able to get some answers. Dr. Lebow very good at answering questions and explaining things. The surgery itself went flawlessly. It's wonderful to be able to see clearly again!! (I had cataract surgery). I have also had several friends who had her for their cataract surgeries, and they were all very appreciative and had nothing but praise for her and the staff. Thank you so much!

The welcome atmosphere begins at the front door with the spacious , bright and beautiful reception area. Amy at reception and billing is full of warm personality and very accommodating. I appreciate that NGEA was willing to work with me to get me into an office as soon as they did. My issue was not an emergency but being the first time I had ever had a blood vessel rupture in my eye, it was a little terrifying. Even though I was seeing another doctor in the Braselton facility rather than my usual doctor, I was treated with respect and was given the reassurance I needed, that everything is okay and that what happened is not unusual and that it will heal with out causing any lasting problems. Thanks NGEA!

Waited about one hour (after arriving on time) for my appointment. When I asked the front desk if this was normal - they said yes and that they were short staffed...?! Doctor Pan said that the front desk would give me an eye mask to warm and place on my eyes BUT they were out of them and did not know when they would have anymore.

This is for sure the place to be as a patient, the best staff ever. Everyone of them showed great customer skills. From the reception desk to the staff inside this is unbelievable the way they were able to help and keep the smile. The Dr entered the consultation room all smiling and interacting with great respect on a joyful tone. When it comes to Ms Karen she's amazingly professional and caring. A special thanks to Ms Hailey for her kindness. There is also this nice and wonderful Nurse who has even search the building to find me some samples. Thanks guys this is how a great clinic should be.
