This is an excellent practice! The doctors are fantastic and very thorough. The staff are wonderful, professional, efficient, and kind. I've been coming for my annual eye exams for years and have gotten my eyeglasses and contacts here, then I got Lasik and did all my post-op follow-up appointments here as well. You never have to wait long for your appointment, and the staff make sure to treat you like you're a valued patient rather than just another number like at some of the big practices. I got frustrated with my daughter's pediatric eye practice messing up her eyeglasses twice, so now I get them from Brookleigh.

I am a returning patient, I have been here two other times with no issues but my family has been coming here for years. Recently when trying to schedule my annual appointment, I ran into some issues that were out of the office's control. This was explained to me by Vanessa and she was extremely helpful in getting my next appointment scheduled. I had such a great experience in the office; everyone is so sweet and welcoming! I can't wait for my next visit!

Dr Reynolds is so patient and doesn't rush the exam. She really works hard to get the right prescription for each of our varying needs. Great personality as well.office staff is very informed and knowledgeable. Always helpful with any requests or questions.

After settling into the neighborhood, I was in need of a new doctor and long overdue for an exam. Dr. Reynolds was fantastic - personable, knowledgeable, efficient, but thorough. The staff was very warm and a breeze to work with.

The exams are quick, but thorough, and even though classes or contacts can be expensive, I always leave feeling good about the visit and the glasses I get. The staff and Jocelyn are very professional. They are quick to follow up on emergency needs and make you feel welcomed. I would recommend this location to anyone new to the area. If you need a new doctor, this is the team to see. Dr. Doug and Dr. Reynolds are a great team!

This place is a well oiled machine. The doctors and staff are knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer questions or concerns, but they're also efficient, clear, and concise. I was in and out and had everything I needed in less than 30 minutes. I've been here a few times, but this only affirms that I've made the right choice with my eye care. I like them a lot - everyone - techs and both of the doctors are always friendly. I see Dr Reynolds and she is great. This place has always seen me on time and, if anything, I'm the one running 5 minutes behind and feel bad because they are always ready for me instantly when I walk in the door. Good glasses selection from reasonable cost to a bit fancy if you decide to get your glasses there otherwise just have them print your prescription to take it wherever you like..
