Glynn Eye Care

The receptionists were accommodating and professional. I asked them to help my wife as has bad walking problems. They came out and measured her pupil distance with a machine and took time to ask her opinion about the new frames, then she tried on her frames to make sure they fit.

I had no idea where to bring my mentally challenged sister for an eye exam and new glasses...I'm so very glad I chose Glynn Eye Care! They have the most amazing staff...so professional and so friendly! Dr Meredith Parmelee was so good with Judy...so very patient and thorough. The eyeglass tech, Lynn, was amazing! She helped Judy pick out some very cute frames. Judy's glasses were ready within the time frame quoted. Awesome experience...we will be back!!

The staff was welcoming and friendly and Dr. Parmalee did a great job. It was the easiest and best eye appointment I have ever had. Definitely recommend!

Scheduled online and within a week, I was lucky to get an appointment. The staff researched my insurance and within minutes confirmed all was in perfect order. The examination and conversation with Dr. Josh Parmelee was great. He was friendly, thorough, and knowledgeable answering all of my questions. I was not intending on ordering new frames, but without any pressure --- I did place an order and very happy with the selection. The overall experience was perfect. Very glad I made the move to Dr Parmelee ---- VERY GLAD.

The staff is excellent have been using Glynn eye care for years this year I ordered some costa sunglasses in my prescription was told two weeks here it is a month later and still being told two more weeks this is unacceptable apparently they use a lab that is not costa to try and make costas now being told they are going to be made at costas lab so was I going to get knock off costas to start with smh will never do any business here again

Dr. Parmelee was excellent and patient during the exam and while teaching my twelve-year-old daughter to put in her contacts for the first time. She's seeing better now than ever before, her previous eyeglasses prescription was clearly not as helpful as her new contacts are! I'm so happy with the service we received!

Took my 2 year old for an eye exam and he acted like a child I had never met before. They were so nice and understanding about the situation. I was so embarrassed I wanted to just walk out, but they were so incredibly patient. The Dr and staff were very professional and I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend Glynn eye care!

My granddaughter was seen in Savannah and needed glasses immediately. My daughter took her the same day to Glynn Eye. The fitted and ordered them with a promise of 7-10 days til she would have them. It's a critical situation, so we had no option. My daughter began calling the worlds worst receptionist to follow up the following week. She was promised "the next shipment" several times. After 3 weeks, she got a call telling her the frames were on back order and to pick a new color. She did so. The deplorable receptionist again promised expedited delivery. After 3 days, I called. I asked if she followed up on her po. She told me there was no way to do so, which is a lie. She tried to tell me they were a two man operation. I told her I would call the vendor. He promptly told me that they knew weeks ago that color was on back order and that if the new ones were actually expedited, they'd be there in a couple of days. Here's the surprise....another 7 days! No, they weren't expedited. The receptionist wouldn't follow up on the order from the beginning. I would never recommend using them. The doctor and eye techs are kids but service is deplorable. The receptionists lack of professionalism is appalling and laziness is worse. Perhaps they'll hire a better quality individual to be what a patient is greeted with in the future
