Today was my first time using their new virtual doc and it was a very pleasant experience! Jessica the technician was very knowledgeable of using the new system while doing my exam tests explaining everything in detail! She did fabulous! Christy also has wonderful customer service skills and kept me entertained during any down times / waiting for results. Would highly recommend this office to friends and family!

This is the first time using My Eye Dr and I was beyond pleased with the service! From the time we walked in we were greeted and made to feel welcomed. My 5 year old completed the exam and was smiling giving Mrs. Rose hugs and Dr. Hawkins high fives. Tanner with the eye consultant helping us with choosing and purchasing glasses got on her level and she was excited to talk with him. We are going today to pick up her new glasses (12 days turn around time on glasses to come in) and she is very excited. I wish the children selection of eye glasses was larger but they still have a fair amount.

I love my eye doctors! They are very professional and friendly as well. Kasey Hall is very knowable in helping me choice the right contacts and glasses! She's always willing to listen to any concerns and help in any way she can! Highly recommend!

It was a pleasure visiting Dr.Hawkins office. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming and efficient. Dr. Hawkins was thorough, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly, making me feel comfortable and well-informed about my eye health. A special mention must go to Rose, the assistant. She was incredibly kind, professional, and efficient throughout the entire process. Her warm demeanor and attention to detail made the preliminary tests and preparations seamless. Rose's friendly smile and helpful attitude truly enhanced the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Dr.Hawkins and the entire team, especially Rose, for their excellent care and service. I left feeling confident in the health of my eyes and grateful for such a positive experience.

Been using My Eye Doctor for the past couple of years. Very impressed with the service and quality of care that I've received from Dr. Hawkins and his team. Especially Kasey, she was very professional, patient, and helpful to explain the process of fitting my glasses ,the insurance, and helping me choose my frames. Also to follow up with a call and confirmed proper fit when my glasses came in. Thank you Kasey, Dr. Hawkins and team for the comforting feeling of someone I trust with my eye care.

I think Rose is amazing I love every time I come in I get to talk with her. She's so friendly. She makes sure I understand what's going on with my vision and explains things with contacts. She asks questions to insure my experience is the best and everything is covered completely and correctly.

I have been going here for literally 20 years.. K Lowe was the absolute best. I've seen Mr. Hawkins for the last few years and he's proven to be wonderful as well. The staff has always been great to work with. Special shout out to Ms. Rose and Casey- who are always the kindest people ever! I would 100% recommend to anyone.

If I could give 10 stars I would! They listened to my concerns and showed lots of compassion! (Mr) Dr.Hawkins shared lots of knowledge involving the best contact brand for me and made sure I could see clearly again, Katie helped me with getting great discounts/ promotions with my insurance, and Tanner the technician greeted me with a smile on his face sharing lots of helpful tips and helped tremendously with my anxiety! This was truly the best experience I've had in the 23 years of having glasses/ contacts! Would & Will forever highly recommend this establishment to everyone!
