Very very rude optometrist and rude receptionist. I don't know what made the optometrist to decide to begin preaching to me about how great Democrats are. You don't discuss something as personal as religion and politics with customers. I don't know what made him do that he was highly offending me. His receptionist was rude I was going from the desk to the seat in the waiting room to get my purse from my boyfriend. I only had a $3 co pay she called out my name acting like I was leaving before paying. That made me mad I snapped at her I was just getting my wallet. Thia happened a year ago. I remember the rudeness like it happened yesterday. If you live in Chatsworth do yourself a favor go to Dalton or another city nearby for your eye exam.

Most unprofessional visit I've ever had. He started off our visit by asking my political views. I responded by telling him I would rather not discuss politics with my eye Dr. he the proceeded to give me negative unwanted "facts" about my political views and basically telling me I'm wrong. Told him again that I didn't want to discuss that topic. Dropped the F bomb, bragged about his Tesla in the parking lot and basically bashed me for my political views. NEVER will I spend a dime with this practice again. And I discourage anyone else from going to him. #TrumpTrainCantBeStopped

I took my partially verbal autistic son there a few years ago, after calling and double checking that they could see him, and was told they could. After paying the co-pay, the doc spent ten seconds with my son, decided he was too difficult to work with, and wrote us a referral to Atlanta. The doc and receptionist were rude, and seemed irritated that we were asking, at all, if they worked with autistic children.... took both my kids to the walmart vision centre after that, and the doctors there were much kinder, patient, and actually worked with my kids.

I'm a disabled veteran and the va sent me to these people. I told them to Bill the va through trywest. These folks billed Medicare instead, and now they want me to pay them 69.00. If they would have billed the va I would not have to pay anything. They are not very good people to do business with. I won't go back there.

Wonderful and professional person! Great Doctor! I highly recommend him. My parents went to see him too. He is excellent.

Yes he talks a little much but I enjoy it . It reminds me of conversations with my grandpa . The place is small and simple .

The staff at this facility are very rude from the front desk to the optometrist. I am not sure why people would ever bother to use them a 2nd time - I know I sure won't

1 star because I can't give 0 will not be going back the doctor and the receptionist were very rude.
