My wife and I had a great experience, all the staff were very friendly from the lady that did my initial evaluation (sorry didn't get her name) to Dr April and Katherine. The facility is brand new and so nice and modern. I was able to find some nice frames and they were very reasonably priced with my insurance.

I was a little disappointed at first. I left a message and even texted them but no reply for 2 days until I texted back on the 2nd day. They did respond better then and I had some questions answered and they had an opening the same day. Once I got there it was a little slow to get to the exam room but it gave me time to pick out new frames and sunglasses. After the exam the ordering process was quick and easy with Jesse. I even got new prescription sunglasses which I really wasn't thinking about, but it was a great idea

This was my first experience with Dalton Family Eyecare and it will not be my last. I sent a text stating that I thought I needed an urgent appointment due to a situation with my eyes that started over the weekend. I had a call from Kristy within 5 minutes and she told me to get there asap. They took it seriously and were absolutely amazing from the time I walked in until I left. Dr. Kuck was extremely thorough and talked me through all that he was doing. He explained in detail what was happening with my eyes. Praise the Lord, it was not as bad as it could have been. Thank you Dalton Family Eyecare for caring!
