Ohh how I loved this place and services. Affordable-didn't felt like a ripoff at all. Front desk, Doctor everyone was amazing. Shoutout to ASIA in glass section- she was patient, professional and detailed with everything. We got our eye checked and glasses fixed it just few hrs. Appreciate it!

This is the best eye doctor that I have ever been to. My first encounter was with Joyce on the phone, a super young, nice lady that was very helpful. She told me to call supervisor Shelly to do a price match with the glasses I wanted. Shelly was so sweet, professional, and helpful with getting the exact glasses I wanted! I would come to this location every day because Shelly is such an amazing person. The young ladies that were in the back were so amazing; they were so funny, they had me laughing non-stop. I wish I got their names, but the young ladies that check me in were so outstanding. Then the final person I encountered was Dr. Clark. He ran the final check on my eyes, he was full of knowledge, and he gave me excellent advice about life. Thank you, Dr. Clark, for being so professional. Thank you to the entire staff at this location; this will definitely be my place to get my eye exam and new glasses. I definitely recommend eyemart express in columbus, ga.

I had been putting off getting new glasses due to the cost. However, I went in on 12/31/2025 around 3:30pm to see about getting new glasses and what it would cost. I was beyond proud of the service I received. After finding out what my vision insurance covered. I walked out with two pairs of glasses, one for reading and working on the computer and the other for driving. The price was amazing and didn't break the bank and the staff was amazing as well!!!!
