I was so pleased how friendly the staff is and how nice Dr. Cannon is. I had my surgery done on February 28, 2026. I was totally surprised that when I walked out I could see it clearly and didn't have any problems at all. I followed the well written instructions on the preop and on the postop, it has been one week in a day and I am so impressed. Most of the swelling is completely gone very little bruising and I'm feeling a lot better about myself. Cannot wait for my two weeks to put my makeup on. Thank you Dr. Cannon and that wonderful staff I strongly recommend Dr. Cannon for any eye surgery. I have never seen a more friendly staff not just one of them all of them. They are very caring. I appreciate y'all and what you did for me.

Dr. Cannon and all his staff is so kind! The lady that took me to the first room, was helpful asking if she could carry my coat, and she did! And Dr. Cannon as so polite as he always have been! And assured me of good eyes are! He said he is glad be being in avid has not had any effect my vision!

I recommend Dr.Jackson. I had visited the office for the last two years. He had help me to get the right medication for my dry eyes. He takes time to explain why he prescribed any drops. He also offer samples when I had to change to any new drops that way he can be sure is the best for me before I get the whole prescription. He does explain what is the next step or plan for my care. I feel very at ease after leave the office. Also his assistant is very attentive. She had always called me back when I have problems with my prescriptions.

It's been a couple of years since I visited the office, not because of them but because of my schedule. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and efficiently the check-in went. There were no "wild" amounts of forms to fill out - just 2 for info that made sense. The wait was just a few minutes. I saw Dr. Naman for the first time. He was nice and thorough. The only thing I disliked with office policy is that if you haven't been there in a few years, you cannot see your old doctor if they stopped taking "new" patients, which is what they now considered me.

I thoroughly enjoyed my 1st visit to West Georgia Eye Care! From checking in with the receptionist to picking out my frames! Each individual was awesome in personality and knew their jobs very well. Dr Stow talked to me like he had been knowing me for years, they made you feel like they appreciated you visiting their establishment.

Dr. Hensley is a dear friend and he and Dr. Hubbard saved me from going blind. Hystoplasmosis was destroying my left eye, which was the only eye, that I still had central vision in. I have great respect for Dr. Hensley, and have been his patient for 21 years. The staff and crew at West Georgia Eye Center, is wonderful.

Great doctors, but the absolute worst billing service on the planet! Promised to cut a check for my overpayment and erroneous charges on 2 visits. Never sent after 8 weeks and sent me to collections for what they owe me. Have yet to get any help locally and only told by reception to call a 800# (3rd party). Beware!!

This was my first visit to West Georgia Eye Care and I will definitely recommend them to others with macular degeneration. I have been getting eye injections since 2012 and my experience here was by far the easiest that I have had. The injections were virtually painless and my eyes are not as sore as they have been with previous injections.
