Dr. Dholakia & her staff are very thorough and attentive. I worked in eye care myself for almost 25 years, so I know excellence when I see it in this field! so grateful that I found this location, as it is a smaller environment, which I prefer vs. numerous doctors all in at once. Highly recommend.

The staff were polite and knowledgeable. The environment pleasant. Dr Crowder was fantastic. My first visit was what I expected from an ophthalmologist. He gave me clues how to better my eye sight for which I do not have to spend a dime. Thank you North Georgia Eye Associates for what you stand for. Congratulations, Your new patient Chantal Auguste

I work in the healthcare business so I expect good customer service! I am highly disappointed in this place! My mom is of age and I bring her to her appointments and it's always an hour wait! This has me so frustrated and confused because I always have to go back up to the front desk to question the wait! Where is the customer service! I would expect someone to inform us that they are running behind but it never happens. Once we get to the back the tech acts like we haven't been waiting on her for an hour to come get my mom and run the eye test. Once the doctor comes in after another long wait it takes less than 10 minutes to complete the visit so why on earth is there an hour delay to be seen then a total of 3 hours for the visit! Not once has anyone apologized for the inconvenience that they have caused! I am currently looking for my mom another eye doctor because this is ridiculous! The staff needs training in customer service and patient relations! They lost me as a patient 2 years ago due to them always adding a charge onto the visit with the excuse of it being charged to the medical side of the insurance! Once I left this agency I have not had trouble with anything! I would never recommend this place for care!

Staff was very professional. Questions asked were answered and procedures explained before performing. Dr Crowder explained results of tests performed and .findings.Discussed options for treatment and what to expect to experience during treatment, if selected. That's impressive and great Customer Sevice. Thankful!

Sia did fantastic job doing the testing and dilation. Her experience shows in a friendly yet professional manner. You can't go wrong having Dr Crowder as your consulting physician. He listened while getting to know you, answered all questions, and gave the best recommendation for lenses.

I had the most amazing experience. Everyone was so nice. Things were explained and they took their time to make sure my exams were accurate! I'm glad I chose these guys!

The location is beautiful and the front desk associates were very helpful however I came for a follow up appointment for my son's eye exam since it had been a year from his last and he expressed that he wanted glasses this time. He is special needs and was on his best behavior however the tech was very rude. Not once did she smile at us and talked like he wasn't in the room. She questioned why we were here since he had an exam last year and I told her that the scheduler recommended he get an annual exam because of his age. She disagreed and her tone was very unprofessional. She told me I should have scheduled with Dr Weeks in Cumming instead of there as if I didn't know what I was doing and honestly I was just following the staff's recommendations. The doctor still wanted to examine my son's eyes and the tech barely tried then gave up because he was unable to bend over one of machines and stay still. She didn't adjust the machine or even ask him to try only immediately pointed out he wasn't still and couldn't do the test. I didn't appreciate her demeanor but everyone else was very polite and helpful.

We liked the doctor, but no one answers the phone. No one calls back. We have even stopped by, and they are closed during hours that they were supposed to be open. No help. I suggest going somewhere else or at least get your prescription and buy somewhere else.
