America's Best Contacts & Eyeglasses

The lady that checked us out did not inform me that I could purchase my glasses after we found the right contacts and save 40% on my glasses, after telling me to go and look for another pair to utilize all of my insurance. I have never come out of this location paying as much as I did this time. I always use insurance on contacts and pay for my glasses out of pocket but this time, she had me use my insurance on the glasses and wait on contacts. I was very unhappy especially when she informed my husband that if he uses his insurance on his contacts, his glasses would be 40% off. Needless to say, we will be looking for another place to use moving forward. We have used America's best for over 10 years and we have never had this happen.

The receptionists ignored my son and I when we went.we were waiting for them to to help us but the two receptionists kept on ignoring us like if we were visible so I asked her why and she kept saying she didn't see us when me and my son were sitting next to their receptionists desk and I know they seen us l. We were back and forth because she kept lieing making me look like I'm crazy. Miserable big body receptionist just wanted to be petty. My son and I went somewhere else where they treated us better

I purchased my contacts here and was never notified when they arrived or were ready for pickup. I had to call myself, and I was told they were ready, so I went in to pick them up. When I arrived, they couldn't find my contacts and said they would call me once they located them. I waited an entire week and never received a call or any update. I went back to request a refund. The manager spent about 20 minutes searching and still couldn't find my order. She kept going back and forth between rooms, then came back saying she saw paperwork but not my actual contacts. After searching yet another room, she returned with a random box of contacts and claimed they must be mine. At that point, I declined and asked for a refund. Those contacts had likely been sitting out and were probably dry by then anyway. Overall, the service was extremely disorganized and unprofessional. Horrible customer service and very lazy staff. Do not come here.

Great deal of $95 for 2 pairs of basic single vision glasses & eye exam. Jacqueline was especially helpful & kind when we were choosing options for glasses & lenses.

I have lived and ordered glasses from here for 10 plus years they are always affordable and have deals going on ! Sometimes it can be fast paced but I'm ok with that :) today I walked in to pick up my glasses ,front desk girl said only 2 were in and helped me fit them on she was multi tasking so it felt a bit rushed. I had to come right back in to show them a scratch on my sunglasses and Mrs.Anita was at the desk !!! She is the one who helped me purchase my glasses :) she checked my glasses seen the scratch and returned them . She asked me if I liked all the other ones I got and I told her the other girl said they were not in and she said yes they are ! She went in the back and found them :) I appreciate her willingness to go above and beyond and let me walk out with all but one of my glasses :) thank you Mrs.Anita you are the best :)

Our glasses myself and my son's turned out great they fit awesome and best thing is we can see perfect!

Great price. And 5 months later my glasses felt like they were sliding down my face and they fixed it for FREE WITHOUT QUESTIONS ASKED . DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO MAY NEED TO GET GLASSES . I WILL BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!

Worst place ever! They treat you like objects. They don't even stop to talk or explain anything and the people selling the glasses are the worst. They are rude even to sell a product, the glasses and the exams are very expensive. Better go somewhere else.
