Bought a pair of parade glasses well the arm fell off so they replaced it with a parada arm and a ray ban arm not to mention they were upside down very disappointed on The Service and repair provided
Disappointing. I went in on October 31st during an event. The salesperson showed me several frames and I chose a pair specifically because I was told they were in stock and I needed them quickly. When my order was placed, nobody mentioned a delay, back order, or anything that would've changed my decision. I was told I'd have my glasses in 10-14 days.
Ten days later, I get a call saying my frames are on back order but my lenses are already done,
basically trapping me in the purchase. I was confused because I was explicitly told the frames were in stock. The employee said she'd call me back. When she did, all she said was they "found a pair" and were proceeding with the order. No apology. No acknowledgment of the mistake or reassurance. Ok...
I went two days later for an update and was told again that the frames were on back order. I explained the whole situation and got the same thing: zero accountability, zero concern, no reassurance, and no attempt to make this right. The employee said she'd get the manager, and at that point I didn't need a lecture on what a back order is. I needed honesty, solutions, or at the very least, someone taking responsibility for the mess.
Instead, everything felt like they were avoiding telling me the truth just to take my money. Now I was stuck over two weeks with no glasses and no option to cancel because they'd already made the lenses. I walked out because I felt lied to.
I waited 6 days after that visit. No update. No call. No apology. Nothing.
On day seven, I called them myself, only to be told it's now a "technical issue" and that the glasses didn't pass inspection. And again, the attitude was basically, "We'll call you when they're done."
It's now 11/21, over three weeks later, and I still don't have glasses.
Not one employee, including the manager, showed any concern, remorse, or integrity throughout this entire ordeal. I genuinely felt deceived. I'm never coming back, and I'd warn anyone considering this place: this experience was terrible, communication is nonexistent, and the whole experience felt like a scam. I've worked in customer service for over 17 years in different positions, and I would have never treated a customer this way. Absolute joke.
I was not told that my appointment was canceled the day of my appointment. I cancelled another appointment that I really needed because I had this one.
When I told them that they hadn't contacted me they told me they contacted me two times, once in July, and once in October. I checked my phone calls and they were not on the call logs.
The doctor is great, but people are really struggling right now. They can't be told the day of that their appointment got cancelled. People don't always have the means to get to the eye doctor and have to plan ahead, or they have family situations, or other things going on.
This is extremely unprofessional and I am really disappointed in how they handled it. I couldn't get my other appointment back that I planned and won't be able to see my other doctor until a month from now. People's health is serious. It should be treated as such.
This office was amazing when I had an emergency. Every person i encountered at that office treated me with kindness and compassion. This was my first visit to this office but it will not be my last. I cannot say enough great things.
Giving a 2 for the doctor being nice and professional. Definitely lacking in professionalism from the office staff though. Won't be coming back.
We've been going to Braun eyecare for years now. They have always been so nice. I would like to point out that Katie did such a wonderful job today. She let us know exactly what she was doing at all times and was very detailed. I highly recommend Braun Eyecare.
I came here because my husband had a great experience, like every bit of his was wonderful so naturally he made me an appointment & I go in. I'm charged more than he was for the same exact tests under the same insurance. Then they ordered the wrong pair of glasses the first time, which they absolutely resolved it by reordering the right size, but the glasses I got seem like a knock off of the ones I actually ordered. I'm told I can't be refunded, and can only get a replacement with the warranty (there's only one replacement) so needless to say I don't think I will be ordering glasses from this place again. These glasses cost me a lot on top of what the insurance covered.
I been seeing Dr Johnson since I moved to Dublin 14 years ago, and I must say he is the best. I went blind in one eye and he was the one who finally said I have MS. I have been to several Doctors and they could never find what was wrong with me. I had been at the hospital, because of my eye in soooo much pain and they didn't see I had Optic Neuritis. Dr Johnson and staff is great. I would recommend anyone to go Braun Eye Care.
