Call because I had lost my glasses so I only needed to replace my glasses it had been 6 months sense my last eye exam they wanted me to do another eye exam when they found out that I had insurance told them just needed them replace don't need eye exam went and set a hour in the office listen to the office help talking about where they live and just talking when to the window told them I am only here to look at frames said have a seat someone will be with you then I continued to set there I told them to just give me my prescription and I would go somewhere else so have to wait on that then they want to call me back for a eye exam after me telling them finally got my prescription and left this has been my granddaughter eye doctor for about 5 or 6 years the eye doctor needs to read the reviews because he is a good eye doctor but the front office is making this office look bad. Just because you have insurance does not mean you need another eye exam the prescription is good for a year not 6 months.

Let me start by saying I've been to many eye clinics since I was a kid (probably 7-10 in total). I'm in my 30s now, and this was one of the best eye doctors I have ever visited, if not my #1. I will not be going anywhere else now. The front desk person was courteous, smiling, and just a pleasure to be around. The doctor was amazing, encouraging, professional, and answered all my questions. The specialist (the one that helped me with frame fitment, her name was Tabitha) was amazing, and went above and beyond to help me with options and guide me to the perfect frames for me. Lastly - their cost is absolutely amazing. Our insurance is pretty good at covering most frames, but they do not cover many of the extras (i.e. blue light filter, Crizal lenses, and transitions lenes - I do believe we get a mall discount). But this clinic had absolutely amazing prices. At the end of it all, I walked out with an order for new glasses frames and prescription for less than $100 (after insurance frame allotment and before co-pay: less than $100 total included all coatings - blue light, anti-glare/Crizal, & transitions). Most places I've gone too make me question whether it would have been the same to pay out of pocket (or if it would have been even less out of pocket). This place did not make me feel like that - This place ROCKS on prices! In conclusion, Dalton Eye Clinic checks all the boxes: Out of 5 Stars: Customer Service = 5 Stars Doctor Professionalism/Knowledge = 5 Stars Ease of Fitment / Fitment Assistance = 5 Stars Price/Costs = 5 Stars Ease of Appointment Setup = 5 Stars I look forward to making this my permanent eye doctor facility!

I have been going to this office for years and have never had any issues. Staff is wonderful, I normally schedule ahead of time but they have also been able to get me in last minute. The Dr always answer any of my questions and is transparent about my needs.

I normally come here for my daughter's glasses. Called ahead today and they said to just come in. We been sitting here 20 minutes while the 2 receptionist's just sit back there laughing and talking. What should have only took 20 minutes at the most is turning into a longer wait because they just want to run their mouths and giggle. I'm trying to get my child to only miss a little bit of school by doing both in one day, but it's looking like she might miss the whole day the easy they are going.

The doctor is a nice guy and explains everything well. The staff are nice and helpful especially when picking a frame, and usually have someone who speaks Spanish as well.
