I've been going to Italy Optical for several years now, usually returning every three years for a new eye exam and updated lenses and frames. One thing I really appreciate is that the staff has remained the same over the years -- they're always warm, professional, and welcoming.
After my positive experience, I recommended this place to my parents, and they were very happy with their glasses as well.
There are a few things I really like about Italy Optical. First, if you purchase lenses or frames from them, the eye exam fee is waived, which is a great benefit. Second, the quality of their lenses and frames is excellent -- I've worn mine for a long time and they've held up very well. Third, both the eye exam process and the overall service are thorough and attentive.
I also noticed that my vision has been much more stable this year, which is reassuring. Although my eyesight isn't perfect, I decided to try a slightly larger frame this time -- it definitely helps balance my smaller eyes and gives me a better overall look.

I found a real gem. I brought in my Cartier glasses to have prescription lenses and a gradient tint added. The pricing was excellent, but the service exceeded expectations. When I returned to pick up my lenses, I was already in the market for another pair of Cartier frames and ended up purchasing them on the spot.

I brought in two pairs of glasses -- one of them was bent beyond what I thought could be repaired -- and they not only fixed both pairs but also adjusted them perfectly. The staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and gave me some really useful tips for caring for my glasses. Their prices are very reasonable too.
