Jason Heaven, O.D.

Been using Dr. Heaven since he was at Pearl Vision by Perimeter. Friendly, easy to talk to, and knowledgeable. Have gotten many checkups & eyeglasses from him. The office checks your temperature and the staff wears masks. Patients have to wear masks as well. Most of the staff has been good. They have been going through a number of front office staff in the past few years. Some of them have been confrontational, argumentative, and rude. From losing files to incorrect orders and refusing to correct them. Adds a lot of stress to an otherwise good experience. I have seen a lot of professionals lose business over poor staff. Don't let that occur here.

I have been seeing Dr. Jason Heaven for many years for all of my vision needs. He is fully equipped with all the technology needed to provide the best vision care in Atlanta. It's really a good feeling to walk into his office and be treated with respect and kindness. I have never ever felt like just a number when I've been there. They treat me like a human. Dr. Heaven along with his staff are always offering a smile. The wait has never been more than ten minutes to be seen for my eye exams. They have an excellent selection of affordable but high quality frames and when he orders my lenses for me, there are a myriad of options available regarding anti-glare coatings, transitions tinting, etc. He has a really excellent staff. And it's pretty obvious that everyone there treats each other well, because he retains his staff for many years. I have had many interactions with Evelin. She is so knowledgeable about making sure my glasses come back to me exactly the way they were promised to be. She's just a friendly, kind, and lovely person. And she makes getting my vision care a happy experience, even when I'm not excited about sitting still for long during the exam. She's been there for years, and I really enjoy being able to work with her. Dr. Heaven is extremely professional and makes me feel confident that all of my eye health needs have been taken care of fully and properly. I can't thank their entire office enough

I've been going to Dr Heaven for 10+ years. It's easy to get an appointment and the doctor and staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. The prices are good too!!

I have been coming here with my mom since I was a teenager. I am now 27 years old and have moved all over Atlanta since then but still come right back to this location. Dr. Heaven and his entire team are AMAZING - their professionalism is truly unmatched. Thank you so much for taking care of us all these years! I HIGHLY recommend if you are looking for a new eye doctor. You will not be disappointed

I'm legally blind, and had broken (& lost) my glasses. I'm disabled, so my income is low, but this place worked out just fine. The Optometrist is a really nice guy, takes time to listen to you & shows concern about you. I only had to wait about 8 minutes before my name was called. Large selection of glasses, and you can get contacts the same day while your glasses are being made. Very helpful for someone like me who can only see 3 inches away without glasses, as I'd have to wait a week nearly blind if they didn't give you enough contacts to last until your glasses are ready. I use a wheelchair, but I'm not fully immobile, so it didn't affect me when I noticed there wasn't a ramp (well, I was only able to see out of 1 eye with a blurry old contact, so I may have just not noticed it, but I think if there were 1, my parents who take care of me due to my health would've seen it). Right across from the place is a Zaxby's if you want to eat after your appointment. As I've had eye issues since age 3, I can say that out of the many eyecare places I've been, this is the best for many reasons such as the kind staff, nice waiting room, good parking lot, location, and more. I suggest you try this location rather than some big chain.

The doctor is wonderful. The front desk receptionist is slow. Literally had me drive a hour just so she can tell me what I already told her on the phone. I told her my glasses were broke and if they could be fixed. She told me I had to come in just to say that my glasses and they couldn't be fixed when I told her they were broke and was specific about how they were broke. Very inconsiderate.
