I had a wonderful experience! From check-in, to the exam, to checkout; the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to be helpful and supportive of my questions and needs. Dr. Carr was thorough and took time to answer all my questions and has a wonder personality. Furthermore, Tammy went above and beyond today. I am so grateful that I landed in her chair and consider it a blessing that our paths were aligned.

I was reminded today about the importance of using a local doctor when possible. Small, local businesses tend to have the best customer service, and I won't forget that again. The customer service I received today was absolutely awful. My daughter was driving from college about an hour and a half away, got caught up in traffic on 441 (IYKYK), and was literally at the red light at the Chevrolet dealership when I was told she was 2 minutes too late and would have to reschedule. I had gone in early to go ahead and fill out the paperwork, give the insurance info, etc, then I figured she could just go right in and have her exam done. No one was waiting after us, the place was not busy at all, but she was still denied the exam. She had to physically be in the building to be checked in. If you stood outside the door, you could literally see her car at the red light. ( Life 360!) Needless to say, I did not and will never reschedule or schedule an appointment here again (She and I have both been here before). I did go to my car and call a local optometrist, and she is all set for an appointment when she is home for Christmas break. I would never recommend this business to anyone.

Well the visit to the eye dr was great. They gave me a great eye exam. There was a person named Tammy who also helped out. She made sure that I had everything I need moving forward with eyewear and payment plans.

Had a great experience earlier this month, I had an apt in the morning and there was really no wait time. Apt was somewhat quick and easy, and Ms. Tammy helped me order contacts and even got me a rebate for about half of what I spent which was super nice, especially during the holiday season. This was my second year going to MyEyeDr and I'll probably be back next year.

Extremely UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Go somewhere else don't waste your time. I've ordered Glass twice and twice I was told I would get a text. Get the text drive an hour to get there the first time and the rude old lady on the left hand side to say the person that give out glasses is not here. Explain to them I work out of town to for her to say I don't know what to tell you. She was definitely rude and very unprofessional. They had to reorder my glasses as a return Get a new text say they ready call and talk with the young lady say yes they are here. Come a hour half for them again to say oh sorry that should have been a delay. Totally unacceptable. They really need to do A LOT BETTER. HATE THAT THEY ARE THEY ONLY MYEYEDR IN DUBLIN.

I had an eye exam and was fitted for glasses yesterday and I was extremely pleased with the service! Ashley was my tech, but the manager who fitted me with glasses (didn't catch her name), and even the young lady at the front desk were extremely pleasant and helpful. I would recommend to anyone.

When My Eye doctor came to Dublin they bought out Dr Lee Whitaker which was the only eye doctor I've ever seen. They also bought out other independent eye doctors. As of today, they only have one eye doctor in their office. Over the years, I've had several pair of glasses I've order from My Eye Doctor and have had several issues with my glasses.One pair the lens keeps falling out. Another pair one of the temples keep coming off. Last year's pair they never did get right. The vision was off, they adjusted the nose pad several times and still had vision issues. After several visits they examined my eyes again and ordered another pair of glasses. Same issue, after more trips to My Eye and adjusting nose pads, temple adjustment I got tired of returning to my Eye Doctor with no satisfaction. I just continued to wear my old glasses. I paid over $200.00 for a pair of glasses I got not use out off. Just made my yearly visit and they've ordered another pair of glasses. My appointment was on November 6, my glasses came in on the 14, they said the transition was wrong and they would be back on the 24th and now I'm being told it will be December 2. This is the only eye doctor my insurance will cover in Dublin. I WILL BE GOING OUT OF TOWN NEXT YEAR to find a new eye doctor. Most of the people that work with My Eye have been have very nice, some didn't appear to know what they were doing. I wouldn't recommend My Eye Doctor to anyone.
