Front office is probably one of the worst to actually answer calls and make the appointments. Been trying to call all day just to see what time my appointment was and no answer. Leave a voice mail and they'll get back to you in a day or two then you miss the appointment because you don't know the time. Smh, do better.

Been trying to get in contact with ANYONE in the office for over 3 weeks. Called MULTIPLE times and left MULTIPLE voicemails and NO ONE calls back or anything. This is ridiculous. I just wanted to know if my son's frames were still covered under warranty or insurance.

I had a very enjoyable experience. They was fast and super friendly. I appreciate their kindness and over friendliness.. Unmatched

I guess you can look at the rating stars and know where this is going ...... Me and my wife have been using Dr Smith for over 15 yrs followed him from location to location even travel out of town to use him when no appointment were available here in Dublin office We made our annual appointment as we have done for over 15 yrs mine was on a Wednesday morning @10am My wife was on Monday at 1pm due to our schedule of work we were on different days Well my schedule changed at work and I was unable to make my Wednesday morning appointment so I called a day in advance to see if me and my wife of 15 plus yrs as a customer could swap our appointment days .... I WAS TOLD NO !!! it wouldn't be fair to other customers if we did that !!!! First of all a customer don't know who has an appointment, or weather you or male or female, Black or white short or tall ,skinny or fat !!! Office Mgr just didn't want to be nice as usual This office crew is by far the WORST at customer service as you can get !! Dr Smith has got our last $ But you know what ...... They don't care if you leave or not. The only way you can get Dr Smith attention is stop using him and let it hit him in his wallet and then he will pay attention to all these reviews. Also I'm getting with our insurance to see if the office has been charging for any other test than ... How is that ! Is this better how about that test because that's all you going to get !!!!! 2.9 rating should tell you to take your business some where else !!!!

First I want to say I have been a patient of Dr. Smith's since I was 14, 15 years old. I'm 49 now. He is a very good doctor; but my complaint is I have called his Dublin office six times to schedule an appointment for an eye exam so I can order my contacts. I have none to wear and I am walking around completely unable to see. No one will pick up the phone! I've left a message and everything. There is no way they are that busy, not one person is available to answer the phone. Ridiculous!

My mother recently visited this business to have an eye exam but was told they would not provide her with her PD part of her prescription, stating it was against the law (it is not). They do this to keep customers from buying their eyeglasses from another store. Bad business practice to avoid competitive pricing. Save yourself the headache and use a different optometrist.
