This is now my primary place to go for my eye care and when I tell you, they are magnificent in and out within the customer service. They're very fast and efficient and there's so many options to choose from the glasses. They're such a huge help and they'll answer any question that you need. I'm really upset that I do not remember the young ladies name but she has orange - carrot color here and when I tell you, she was amazing in and out she was amazing in. I deal with what you need everywhere you go for customer service.

It feels like ages since I last visited this place! Coming back was like stepping into a brand-new, refreshed environment. The staff were absolutely amazing, and I felt so comfortable waiting. The eye exam equipment is top tier, efficient and easy. I loved how the physician notified me how clean everything was before commencing any portion of the exam. Everyone was super helpful, and Dr. Valerie was incredibly knowledgeable, patient and eager to help me. Since this was my first time dealing with this, picking out the right eyewear was a bit daunting, but the wonderful staff made me feel at ease with my choice. Just like we ladies do, they offered compliments and support. I'm so grateful to the entire staff for their care and attention. Thank you, ladies!

Went here to pickup my glasses after coming there, last month to give them my vision insurance information and pick out new glasses. They were very professional and knowledgeable. I normally don't leave reviews, but this issue deserves to be addressed publicly. This location issued an incorrect prescription and then insist I pay a ridiculous fee to fix their own mistake--completely ignoring their '100% Satisfaction Guarantee' policy. As a result, I've paid for a pair of prescription glasses that are completely useless to me. While the front staff was nice and understanding, it was totally out of their hands so I was referred to speak with the Manager Danny the following day. Danny was dismissive. He refused to even leave his office to speak with me, and I could hear his unprofessional, condescending tone from the back room while the receptionist explained my situation. I have already filed a corporate complaint but am still waiting for a response. Zero help or accountability.
