Visited in order to get glasses for my Aunt. They offered a great selection of glasses to choose from. The customer service rep Cindy was friendly and made billing her insurance very easy. Being inside the local Walmart was definitely another plus. They helped make it a great visit for my Aunt overall.

Cindy is great! It's been pleasant every time I went. They just need to get a little more consistent on their coverage. I've been coming here for a while, and it's because of that fact I can say that at least 70% percent of the negative comments I see for this location are from people not telling the whole truth.

was 5 stars. I was frustrated with trying to to get glasses for my son and they were extremely kind and helpful. This will be our new store for all of our eye needs. I see the
positive changes happening in the store!
Update January 2025,
I received a text that my order was ready for pick up so I came to pick up my glasses and was told I have to wait until a person comes back from lunch to pick up my glasses! This is insane! I don't understand how they are open and not able to give me glasses that I paid for when placing the order! If this is policy it should be communicated to customers at the time of purchase and when notifying about picking up orders. This I'll be my last time using this store. Please don't order from here, the glasses are overpriced anyway.

I wanted to give this place a try because the doctor looked nice via the flyer I received,
. The staff were nice and friendly therefore I give two stars! The doctor herself was not nice or friendly to my child! No conversation whatsoever and she was somewhat RUDE! Please check yourself and most importantly HUMBLE yourself! I will not bring my child back to this location I hate that I even gave it a try!

Dr. Ngoddy and her staff are so friendly & professional. I took my youngest son it went smoother than butter on hot toast!! She is so well versed in her science it was a blessing and a pleasure to have been seen by her staff!! And they have the new tech !! No pain at all!! The kid didn't complain not one bit and his is a moody teen I will be back and I will send everyone I can!! The entire experience was PERFECTION!!

Staff is really nice but if you need glasses ASAP I recommend shopping else where my daughter hadan appointment on 8/4 we was told the processing time will be 4-6 weeks which is already extreme. I wear glasses myself and vision works and americas best only takes about 2 weeks. I call this morning to get the status being that this is the 6th week only to find out that they had to resend order LAST WEEK because they were having email issues the week of her appointment no one communicated this and now we have to wait an additional 2-3 weeks for my daughter glasses and she desperately needs them for school smh so disappointed. I will not be returning or recommending.
