Vista Optical inside Select Military Exchanges

I had an amazing experience at Vista Optical in the Ft. Moore Exchange! My glasses had a stripped and too-short screw, making it impossible to put the lens back in. I walked in, and the woman at the front desk (I wish I caught her name!) helped me immediately. She assured me she could fix them quickly, and within minutes, she returned with a new screw secured with a nut--plus, she even cleaned my lenses before handing them back. When I asked how much it would cost, she simply smiled and said it was free. Such kindness and outstanding customer service are rare these days! I truly appreciate her generosity and the efficiency of this store. If you need anything for your eyes, I highly recommend Vista Optical. Thank you to the wonderful young lady who helped me see clearly again today!

Recently visited Vista Optical shop at Fort Moore, GA. Excellent experience. Kudos to Christina and Doyle. A+ customer service, technical expertise, and communication. Glasses were delivered on time as promised. Make this team your #1 choice ... you will not be disappointed.

My husband broke his glasses while we were dropping our son off and went to the PX and found this place, the manager (Mr. Doyle) fixed his glasses and was so amazing, friendly and so very helpful! 10/10 recommend!

I took my prescription from another outside doctor just to check them out. They have an eye doctor next door but they are a separate business from this optical shop. This optical shop has an Awesome selection of frames for a great price. Their staff is experienced, very knowledgeable(thanks to the manager, DOYAL ,is a 24 year retired NAVY OPTICIAN)and helpful at eyewear selection. The staff explained everything to me making sure I ordered what I wanted and needed. They even straightened, tightened, and adjusted my old glasses. Good prices on contact lens boxes too. Highly recommend this eyewear shop.

After a long work day I took my kiddo into the store to pick out new glasses which were far overdue due to covid and a recent PCS. I was informed the store closed in 10 minutes at 5:30. Took my kid 2 minutes and asked if there was enough time to place the order. Mr. Cole Gray willingly started going over everything with us. He was very knowledgable of both insurance companies my child had and worked to get us the best quality and deal possible. He went the extra mile, was professional, kind, and took excellent care of us. He ended up staying after closing and even took care of an older gentlemen who popped in during our check out asking for help with his broken glasses. Very greatful for Mr. Cole as my rough day at work ended with him making sure I was able to take care of my family.

Great selection of frames and a very friendly staff. Christina was beyond helpful and thoroughly explained all the various coatings, etc. Customer for life!

My glasses were giving me a headache and Christina & associates came to the rescue and got my glasses to fit my face comfortably!!! Definitely recommend
