My visit was excellent. The Eye Doctor and staff are awesome!. The only issue I have is: I was not told if I need new glasses and or contacts at the visit. I currently use both, but my Rx will be out of date next month.
I left the office, and had great info about my eye issues but the topic of new glasses/contacts was not mentioned, and I forgot to ask for new Prescriptions. Do I need new Rx? Please let me know. Thanks. Maryanne.

Greensboro Office: The doctors are great and knowledgeable...however, good luck making an appointment because they RARELY answer the phone. Or you have to wait an unusual amount of time for them to answer the phone.
Also, their billing department is the worst that I have dealt with. My 91-year-old father, a long-standing patient, was sent a bill for $852. His bills were always covered by his insurance. I have been trying since August of 2025 to get the bill resolved, most likely due to an error by incompetent billing staff.
When I do speak with someone in billing, they say they are going to investigate it and call me back, but I do not receive a call back. So I have to call once again and explain the situation all over again. It is still not resolved in January of 2026. Of course, I have an appeal going on with our insurance.
At this point, I have told them that they can write the bill off or take my dad to collections. That's how bad it is. Good luck!

Today was the second time my husband and I tried to pick up our glasses. Only to find them closed again. Website states they are opened. Clearly they are not, called the office to find out that we have to call to find out what day they will be opened. Apparently this is a satellite office and not opened everyday. I have a text message about picking our glasses and it states clearly no appointment needed and opened M-F 8:00 am to 4:pm. I will also leave a review on my insurance page.

I waited 90 minutes to see the doctor. I would've left except that my pupils were dilated and I didn't want to go through that again. Apparently there was a double booking of new patients prior to my appointment. However, there was no explanation nor any apologies from any of the staff. There was no excuse for the complete lack of respect for my time.
