Experience was exceptional!!! Greeted when I walked in. Didn't wait more than a few minutes. Process was so easy and quick. Dr. Susan Lee was amazing and went into more detail in 1 visit than I have had in nearly 30 years of eye appointments. Couldn't be happier. I called to verify that my appointment would be covered by insurance, to which they said yes. After the appointment they said that my insurance didn't cover their services (which later on I figured out that they didn't file under the right insurance plan) and I had to pay over $100. Additionally to that, Dr Titak was so busy that he was in and out of the room over 7 times, talked over me like I was a child, scolded me for things I said or didn't even listen, and proceeded to give me services I didn't consent to, which hiked up my bill. The eye exam he did was wrong and I ended up having to get another vision exam by another provider a month later in order to rectify it. All these great reviews and yet I had the worst experience, it's absolutely disappointing.
