I've gone to this office for a few years now. Never had any issues till this year. Dr. Helwig is amazing. Its the office staff. I unfortunately didn't find any frames I wanted to get so I asked for a copy of my prescription. The lady helping me was not happy and dragged it out on getting me a copy. I called today to ask about my Pupilary distance number and whomever answered the phone told me if your glasses dont work because its wrong don't come back. Probably wont be going back next year.

Dr Helwig is amazing. He is such an amazing eye doctor. I will say staff is kinda cruddy, they don't answer the phone and can come off rude. Don't ever bother leaving a voicemail because they won't answer it. However, Dr Helwig moves mountains for his patients and is very considerate and patient. I adore him and his ability to be honest. Good guy! just needs him some better employees.

The doctor is great and everyone is nice, but yesterday when I called to check on my husband's glasses they were very rude on the phone and said they been back but yet no text telling us or phone call. I wasn't rude when asking so they shouldn't have been rude back

First time at this business, everybody was very nice the place was very clean, just a tad small when they're busy but nothing to be bothered some about. There's a lot of nice frames to choose from. Today I brought my daughter to see Dr. Helwig for the first time. We switched doctors because he is closer and didn't care for our previous eye doctor. Let me just say Dr. Helwig is AWESOME! From the moment I walked in the door I was greeted with a smile, and they got us back in the waiting room super quick. Dr. Helwig is great with kids and he was super laid back and down to earth. He made the whole appointment super easy and smooth. I would definitely recommend!!

They have an awesome new phone system that sent me a text message when they were unable to answer the phone. I replied and she called me back that afternoon and worked me in for a Saturday appt very quickly. Dr. Helwig is always great and his office staff were cordial, detailed, knowledgeable, and efficient. I had the paperwork, evaluation, contacts and two pair of glasses ordered in about 30 min!
