I have been a patient at Lee County Optical for about three or four years now, and my experience has been exceptional every single time. From the moment you walk in, the environment feels friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. There is a young lady on the team who wears glasses and has beautiful locs who always helps me with my frames, and she is absolutely amazing. She consistently takes her time to help me find styles that fit my face and personality, and she makes sure everything is just right. Her level of customer service is top tier, and you can tell she truly cares about the people she serves. Dr. Eric Gordon is also personable and engaging, and we always end up laughing together during my visits which makes the experience feel comfortable and relaxed rather than clinical. Overall, it is always a great experience, and I highly recommend Lee County Optical to anyone looking for quality care and outstanding customer service.

Lee County Optical provided a great experience from start to finish. The staff was professional, welcoming, and very friendly throughout our visit. Dr. Gordon took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything clearly, which made us feel comfortable and well cared for. The appointment was smooth and efficient, and we never felt rushed. I truly appreciate the level of service we received and would definitely recommend Lee County Optical to anyone looking for quality eye care.

We will NOT be going back. The staff is not helpful. My contacts were misplaced for over a month because nobody would check it out. They also rip you off with the transition lens. We got both pair of glasses with the transition lens and they are awful. I complained to several employees but all they said was to put it in the freezer. So when I went in person and asked about having it removed and getting my money back they said I was past my 30 days. Now I called and complained several times before that and nothing has been done. This business is a joke and if you value your vision I don't recommend them. They don't deserve the 1 star. I also heard the staff making fun of other customers while we were in the office waiting to be seen. Extremely unprofessional !

It was a worm welcoming environment with very warm staff. Customer service was on point and the time for the appointment was honored. 5 star

I broke my glasses and needed to get an eye exam ASAP to get a new pair. Lee County Optical had a cancelation and yesterday was my first appointment with them. I was treated with kindness, respect and professionalism by everyone I encountered. I will definitely keep returning for future exams!

Dr. Eric Gordon and the staff at Lee Optical are both professional and friendly. When picking frames I like to take my time to assure that I've chosen the best frame for my money. I wasn't rushed they allowed me to browse and make choice wisely. This visit was a 10 out of 10, i will recommend
