I've always loved Regional Eye Center! They are very kind and compassionate. Their customer service is exceptional! This is the best Eye Center in Albany and Leesburg Ga! Wouldn't trade them for the world! Their doctors are humble and compassionate also their bedside manners are exceptional also!

I had an exceptional first time experience at Regional Eye Center. Great Customer Service as soon as you walk through the door with a clean pleasant environment to follow, let me not forget no long wait time. Stephanie triage me and was very concerning of my well being. She paid close attention to detail like my previous retired doctor notes along as asking questions to verify what wasn't in the notes. I also applaud my new doctor to be, Dr. John Mixon Jr., he did not only go by what was in the computer but asked questions as well and did his own expertise in his job role. He was very thorough in explaining my condition along with great customer service/beside manners. Thank you to the staff and an extra thank you to Stephanie and Dr. Mixon. Do not hesitate to schedule.

Everybody was great there and they were fast nice, and efficient and I got another appointment time today cause I forgot I had one at 2:15pm for my son and I called and she got me set for 3pm so I was very happy and glad about that. Ms. Nikkie was excellent with my son and help pick great glasses for him. Then she also help picked great glasses for myself when I gave her my prescription to get me some glasses. And the young lady that checked us in was very nice as well.

So far I've only talked to the receptionist and they have been extremely helpful patient and polite. I like them so far.
Update: had my appointment and the Dr knew more about my rare eye disease than any other doctor I have ever seen for it. Most doctors have to Google it in the office with me, completely unaware that it's even a thing. Though this is never bothered me because it is very rare it was very refreshing and nice to have a doctor actually know immediately what I was talking about and be very knowledgeable enough to give me very new better advice how to treat it. They also worked me in, knowing that I had a bit of an issue going on made sure to see me before their schedule was ready but they made it work

First visit back in a while. Staff at desk was very nice & tech Stephanie was very attentive and caring. she adjusted the room around to help me get my wheelchair in there. Very accommodating. Then Dr Moats Always caring and very polite explained everything very nice. My only recommendation is that they give you a printed out sheet when you pay and what you paid for.. I think that would help all the seniors Had a great deal. Thank you for an overall good experience.

I was pleased with Dr. Moates. She is kind, courteous & really listened to my mom to know how best to address her needs. She even referred us to a low vision specialist that may be able to help us find tools that may make her life easier. Thankfully its closer than going to Atlanta.
