I've been a patient of Dr. Tulman for over a decade, and I couldn't be more pleased with the care I've received. He consistently demonstrates genuine concern for his patients and takes the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His attention to detail and strong ethical standards are evident in every visit. I confidently recommend Dr. Tulman to my friends and family, and I'm grateful to be under the care of such a dedicated professional.

I have been going to this practice for a few years now but my most recent visit was by far my worst experience. To start, my appointment was scheduled for 8:40 a.m. After about 30 or 40 minutes I was seen by the tech. This was no big deal since I assumed that I would be seen by Dr. Sadat soon thereafter. Unfortunately, I was not called back to see the doctor until after 10:30. I was probably in the chair for 2 minutes before there was a knock on the door. It was the receptionist. I don't know if she said anything or just gave the doctor a look. He quickly responded that he was running an hour behind, he was just getting started with this patient (me) and he had to take all of the patients from another doctor and he there was nothing that he could do. He suggested to her that the patients could reschedule if they needed to. He was obviously frustrated and that carried over into my exam. He was rushed, and extremely short and rude as he went through the eye chart tests with me. This was my annual comprehensive exam. He did not perform the normal eye tests and did not dilate my eyes which should have been a normal part of the comprehensive exam. I wear a hybrid contact that can only be worn 6 months before they have to be replaced. This office has ordered these for me for the past 2 years. During this exam, he asked me about my glasses, which were not prescribed or dispensed by their office but he did not review or discuss my contacts until I brought it up. This seemed to result in more frustration from the doctor. He took some notes and said that I could place the order with the Optical department. I was sent to the waiting room expecting to meet with the individual to discuss the things that the doctor said she would review with me. Instead, after about 15 minutes I was called to the checkout desk to make my payment. I had to explain what the doctor said should have happened and was then taken to the optical department to review those items. The tech was like the doctor, rude and condescending. Finally, I go to check out. I was told what I needed to pay but was not given a breakdown of the charges. That was printed for my review and I then paid cash. I wasn't given my change and had to ask for that. There were other interactions that I had over the phone when I called back later in the afternoon that also did not sit well with me but I will say that the individual who called back from the insurance department was very professional and polite. This is definitely not the experience that I have had there in the past. If customer service does not improve, I will definitely be looking for another Optometrist.

I can see but unfortunately my little can't lol. This was my little first ever eye visit and I'm happy I chose Tulman the process took a little long which was understandable because it was the first visit roughly about 1.5hrs, but other than that everyone that we have encountered was a pleasure to work with and very knowledgeable from start to finish. They do accept Medicaid but you have to pay a special fee for the eye pictures which was only $45 which isn't bad( kids can be tricksters), great selection of glasses with or without Medicaid. We ended up getting 2 pair of glasses and Tulman did cover the cost for the prescription for the ones that wasn't bought by Medicaid and that was a good deal. The establishment was very clean including bathrooms. More than enough staff that's willing to assist you and very friendly. I'm very pleased with Tulman and couldn't have picked a better eye doctor.

First took my daughter to have her eyes checked. Professional office and everyone kind. A year later I needed to see about what I thought was an eye infection. Turns out extremely dry eyes. Dr. Troung explained everything, gave me artificial tears. Three weeks later placed gel in my tear ducts to help with eye drying. Very professional, explained process and we were done in a few minutes. So far process is working eyes not as irrated or dry. I will continue to use this office. I have had no issues and like their office vibe.

The staff at Tulman Eye Group are so professional and friendly. My appointment from start to finish was outstanding, from the receptionist who completed check-in to the associate who completed check-out. Special thanks to Bernie, Dr. Truong and Brenda who were all patient, attentive and ensured all questions were answered!

I've been a client of Tulman Eye Group since moving to Atlanta in 2005. Since then I've married and had two girls. Our entire family is seen at Tulman and we love it. Our girls especially love Dr. Truong.

Dr. Tulman Is one of the best eye doctor's around. I have received his care for about 15+ years. Each time I go for an exam feel confident that I will be seeing better for another year.

I've been going to Dr. Tulman for 30 plus years. He's very thorough with his exams and goes above and beyond to explain the results. I highly recommend his practice.
