Walmart Vision & Glasses

Yes I scheduled an appt for this location. When I arrive ask what I'm being charged for she explained the it was for the copay 4 dollars the and Retina imaging 30 dollars. Told her I didn't want the retina exam service. She stated that you have to get this service or they won't do the eye exam. Im forced to get services i don't need. I think you should tell the customer when they make the appointment that they going be charged 30 dollars for a retina imaging that Insurance do not cover. And y'all won't do the eye exams without it. I get retina exams every year with my person doctor. Why pay again for the same service. Do Better with Customers Service. Other Walmart vision center give the option to get the retina exam Or denied it but they will still do the eye exam. Why this one different for the other Walmart vision center. Not good business to have different rules for different locations. Thanks.

All I can say is Lis, Lisa, Lisa!!!! She was the absolute best! Everyone on that facility was extremely friendly and helpful. The optometrist is the best as well. Please don't hesitate to come here for all of your eye care needs!

This is the BEST place to order Glasses and Contacts. There are always great deals for what ever your need is. Get 20%-35% off a second pair. I bought glasses and sunglasses and saved $$$. The staff is amazing and Dr.Macharaga was very thorough with my eye exam.

I came in late to get my glasses fix and Lisa graciously helped me fix my glasses! She was professional and warm! Thank you for quality customer service even at the end of your shift!

I had an amazing experience during my last visit. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending them to everyone I know.

Horrible place if I could give lower than one star I would. The receptionist who is also the boss, lies about the costs associated with the visit. The staff members said that the boss made the appointment and she conveniently was not present. I suppose she was the only appropriate scapegoat. I specifically asked the lady that if there would be any fees to be notified, in which there was blatantly no follow up call as promised. I will be contacting corporate because I was lured here under false pretenses. I was informed that the boss is new but she is somehow handling billing information and getting it wrong. Furthermore, upon arrival the staff should be more upfront about any fees before any service is rendered, this place is highly unprofessional for that reason. I have been to other vision offices that discuss potential billing patterns however this office was dumbfounded on standard procedures. A full refund would be the only acceptable reconciliation on the basis that the pregnant staff member admitted that she should have talked about the exam costs and her negligence in conjunction with the boss's disregard should not be overlooked. I would like to be contacted by email or respond to the post and prove that this office true cares about the customer concerns.

Just attempted (Thursday, May 19, 2022 at approximately 2:50pm) to schedule and appointment for myself and my brother. The person I spoke with was so rude, I nicely told her I would call a provider who was more polite and professional.
