I had a wonderful experience at Werner Family Eye Care! Making an appointment online was super easy, and I love that they offer that option. A couple of days before my appointment, I called just to double-check that everything went through and to see if I needed to complete any paperwork ahead of time. The receptionist was incredibly helpful she gathered all my information and sent me the registration link right away. When I arrived for my appointment today, the front office staff was very welcoming and friendly. The atmosphere feels family-oriented, clean, and comfortable. Jaz, the optometrist tech, was so sweet and explained every step clearly. While I waited for Dr. Werner, she even offered me a snack and a beverage, which I thought was such a thoughtful touch. Dr. Werner was just as kind she explained everything thoroughly and made sure I felt comfortable the entire time. The checkout lady was also very sweet and explained all my options clearly. The entire staff was truly pleasant from start to finish. This was my first visit to Werner Family Eye Care, and I absolutely loved it. I will definitely be coming here for all my future exams!

I went to Werner Family Eye Care for the first time today and was extremely pleased with my experience. The staff were very friendly and happy to help. They go above and beyond to make sure that their customers are comfortable and taken care of. The free snacks and drinks were a welcomed and appreciated shock! They have a good variety of frames at a range of prices. I will definitely return.

Nothing--absolutely nothing--has come close to the thorough, professional, and genuinely caring exam I received from Dr. Brenda and her outstanding team. From the moment I walked in, the entire staff was attentive, knowledgeable, and made the process feel effortless and comfortable. Dr. Brenda's examination was by far the most detailed and meticulous I've ever had, leaving no stone unturned. The technology was impressive, but it was the personal touch and expertise that truly set this practice apart. I've already referred several friends and family members, and I have complete confidence that every patient--new or returning--receives this same gold-star level of service. Dr. Brenda is amazing & truly cares about eye health & doesn't cut corners at any cost. She is thorough & makes sure she explains everything in detail. I became a patient in March 2025. I just love it here. Very friendly from booking appointment, showing up to appointment and picking up eye glasses. They made everything a breeze and so welcoming. My children had to come with me to appt and Dr. Brenda and her teams even was so sweet to my children and gave out snacks and was patient with me. Very informative as well.

The absolute sweetest people in Locust Grove must all work here. I have worn glasses since 2019 and have visited multiple Optical places for myself and my kids, but never have I ever experienced such fast, but patient, professional, friendly service like I did today. Their technology is so up to date there were no uncomfortable moments through out the eye exam. I was listened to and informed thoroughly on what was going on with my eyes from beginning to end. My family and I will be coming back and this has become permanent Optical choice. Thank you tons for your assistance in helping me with caring for my eyes. God bless.

This office is SO amazing! The care and concern for me as a patient and person is unmatched. I don't feel like a number or just an appointment they are trying to get through. From the moment you walk in you're greeted with a smile and when you leave they make sure you have no unanswered questions. I've moved out of the area but make the trek from the North side of Atlanta to get taken care of by the best! If there's something better than 20/20 Werner Family Eye Care is it!

Very friendly and courteous staff. Visits are always quick and timely. Overall so glad we made the switch to a smaller family oriented eye care center.
