Loganville Eyecare

This practice has a 5-star rating for a reason! I relocated to Loganville about a year and a half ago and was very behind on my annual eye exam. Fortunately, I was able to get in the next day due to a cancellation. The staff I spoke with on the phone and at check-in were incredibly kind and helpful--but it got even better. Dr. Ellis is hands down the best optometrist I've ever seen--and I've moved a lot and seen many, including my optometrist uncle whom I love dearly! She took her time explaining everything in such detail, especially about my changing close-up vision and the options for trying contacts again after wearing progressive glasses for several years. Throughout the exam, Dr. Ellis shared fascinating insights about how our brain and eyes work together--things I had never known. She truly went above and beyond to help me explore what will work best for my vision needs. I'm so grateful to have found this practice and Dr. Ellis!

This place is awesome. The people are great. Everybody is friendly, inviting, and helpful. I tried setting up an appointment and their phones were down. I sent them an email. The owner of the clinic called me in less than an hour. They had an appointment set up for me the following week it was seamless. I couldn't say better things about this place or its people.

I have been going to this office for several years and they are always kind and so easy to work with. No hassles and they go out of their way to accommodate you.

I have been coming here for several years now, and while all of the Dr's are amazing, Dr. Dempsey is outstanding. He is kind, careful and knowledgable. I stopped by for a contact lens exam and Dr. Dempsey suggested a great brand based on my history and current glasses prescription. He made sure the contacts fit comfortably, and that i could see correctly. This practice continues to be as reputable as it is, thanks to Dr. Dempsey.

I cannot say enough positive things about Loganville Eyecare. When you first walk in you're greeted with smiling faces. Dr. Mathai is my Optometrist & she takes her time with you and listens to all your concerns. She's amazing! The eyewear department both Melissa and Vanessa were also patient and understanding. Vanessa was later able to accommodate and address a problem I had had due to my own error. I would not trust my eyes to anyone else. I have been to two other practices in my lifetime, but this office checks all the boxes of what I was looking for in a practice. Thank you Loganville Eyecare.

My family and I have been going to Loganville Eye Care for years and the care and service just keeps getting better and better. Seen both Dr. Dempsey and Dr. Mathai and they have been wonderful. They are calm, knowledgeable and will do whatever it takes to make sure you walk out seeing. Whether it is been for an emergency visit or routine care, they listen which has led to healing and quick solutions. The team they have working alongside them are great as well - attentive and friendly. Our family is happy we have an eye care home.

I rarely leave reviews but when I do business with a business that offers exceptional service then I feel compelled to leave one and I was going to leave a long review and rant and rave about how super nice everyone here is and how professional they are but hey all you got to do is look at all the previous reviews before me (99% are 5 star & there is always an old grump in the mix somewhere - 1%) so they already did the job for me !!
