Walmart Vision & Glasses

My experience was wonderful from start to finish. The young lady who helped me was very patient, an informative. I told her that I was leaving town and needed my order expedited. She came through for me and was just an absolute delight to work with

Customer service was excellent. I brought my prescription in and an associate name Jackie helped my family and I out. Staffs were friendly. Would definitely come again.

This was A+++ service!!! Mrs Jackie and her team are amazing!!!! I took my eyeglass prescription to them from another eye care provider I won't name. And I received 2 pair of glasses for what I would have gotten 1 pair for at the other place. And it only took 4 days to get my glasses.

I had a truly pleasant experience with Dr. Burnett! She was thorough, answered every question, and Felecia took care of me before and after. The facility was very clean and I've literally never had a better eye care experience. They took my insurance and everything was very smooth!

i have never experienced something so irritating in my life. i have made two appointments with select eye care. one in monroe and the other in loganville. the one in monroe was months prior to the situation i dealt with saturday. Both times they told me they couldn't verify my insurance. i called after making the most recent appointment to have them go ahead and run my insurance so we wouldn't run into the issue again. during that call they said everything was fine. show up for appointment and i got the same answer once again. " i cannot verify your insurance." i called my insurance made sure all info was correct and the insurance informed me that the person i was dealing with needed to call the provider line. i let them know while still on the phone with the insurance and was told" well we don't do that". the man seemed to be really just lazy and flat out rude. he bowed up at me multiple times from his chair throwing his arms up. i find it funny that later that day i was able to go to stanton optical in snellville with absolutely no issues with insurance. no issues at all with my insurance verified it in a matter of seconds. at this point, i believe they were just trying to get me for the money i pay in insurance. they are so disgustingly rude. and for a man to bow up at a women like he did is also disgusting. i will never deal with them again. jeff barnett was his name and he claimed to be the owner.

The actual visit was very good, the dr was great. However she said my son had a condition that needed further follow-up with a specialist. This was 3 months ago. A condition that can potentially blind my son and we are being given the run around. I've called numerous times and gone in to complain with nothing but " they will call you" this is unacceptable! This is a person's vision. I would not recommend this place for your vision health as they do not care.

Went to get my eyes done in August. Keep getting bills for $45 that I paid cash to the front desk. If you go there make sure when they print a receipt look for the amount as the receipt they gave me was blank and my eyes were dilated. They've been sending me bills for three months for something I've already paid. I have contacted them numerous times without callbacks asking for assistance in this matter. They keep pushing me off to another person that never calls. My eyes are good so that's great news but if I ever have to go back anywhere else obviously it's gonna be somewhere else considering they want to double charge me

This Walmart location does not take my daughter's insurance. I made the appointment over a week ago and asked specifically if they honored Medicaid. I was told the optical department did accept her insurance but they do NOT. My daughter is adopted through foster care and will have Medicaid until she is 18. I can afford to buy her glasses but what about the children in foster care who have a parent who is unwilling or unable to pay $120 for an exam and glasses?
