I had the BEST experience shopping for my nuance frame at LensCrafters @ AvenueEastCobb. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Both Dianna & Mr. Kevin were extremely helpful in helping me with the purchase. The process was very smooth and effortless just like at an AMAZON GO store. Dianna took my information promptly while I checked out other frames, gave me the demo of the nuance frames, and the checkout was absolutely seamless. Their designer frame collection is by far the best in our area too :) Highly recommend this place if you're looking for a great shopping EXPERIENCE!!

Just recently started coming to this lenscrafters! store was clean and everyone was really nice and friendly. Things went pretty quick, I want to say a special thank you To Bryson who did a quick and thorough job on testing my eyes and we had great conversation throughout the process where he reassured me every step of the way. Another thank you to the ladies in the front that helped with the selection of my glasses frames, everyone was personable and helpful. I love this location! Thank you guys.

Great experience! My sales rep Noemi was tops. She was totally professional, courteous and helpful in every way. Honestly, I can't think of anything that she could have done better and I hope she gets some props from her supervisor. She's a wonderful brand rep for LensCrafters and for this particular store.

I have been coming to LensCrafters at the Avenues for years. This visit, Angelina was fantastic! She patiently helped me find the perfect frames, offering great suggestions that matched my style and needs, while working within my budget. Professional, friendly, and attentive, highly recommend her!

Best experience ever! Diana is so sweet & helpful. I came with the intention of only getting contact lenses but I happened to see a pair of ray bands I liked. Diana made sure they were a great fit for me and provided a great deal for me. Will be back again in the future.

Staff is friendly, accommodating, and efficient. Amazing... everyone knew how to do their job! I needed an eye exam as well as new lens/frames. I was seen by five people to get everything completed. So expect to be part of an assembly line. With most situations/experiences, the last staff member you see can make or break whether a customer will recommend to others or come back themselves. I'll do both! Thank you Noemi! 10/10.

Was in and out in 20 min. Ordered a new pair of glasses and some new lenses for my current pair. Lenses were only $25 and gave ne 40% off my new pair of glasses. Can't wait to get them in bout 20 days. Thank you for the great service ill be back again

I don't usually write a review, but we've had one too many bad experiences with this LensCrafters to stay quiet. Last summer they filled a prescription for me that took them three tries and they never got it right. I went back to my old optometrist and they looked at the all 3 Rx lenses and said whoever prepared them should lose their license and I should write to the board. I just paid out of pocket to get the new lenses I needed and moved on. This year my husband went there to get lenses for his new Meta glasses. They initially returned the lenses in 6 days, but it turned out that they had filled the prescription for his readers instead. Then they worked on a redo of the prescription lenses and kept stringing him along for six weeks saying they're on the way. They never arrived and we just went to get our money back today. They had claimed again the lenses were en route, but offered no shipping number or further details on the ETA just like they did a week ago. On a third and separate occasion they kept messing up and delaying his prescription lenses for the sunglasses he bought there. They eventually got it right but it took several weeks and follow-ups from us to get that outcome. We're done with this location and LensCrafters in general.
