DePoe Eye Center South Point

I have been to eye doctors before but this one tops the cake. I love how fast and easy it was. Greeted from the moment I walked in. They were very informative. Welcomed questions and concerns. Dr. Caudelle was very personable. Absolutely loved the whole experience. Will be coming back with my kids.

I highly recommend this establishment. The people in this office are very polite, personable, kind, thoughtful, helpful, respectful. Overall, they provide quality customer service. My 1st time there, I was conversing with some of them as if we've known each other for a long time. I like that the optician makes follow~up calls to ensure you are 100% satisfied. She also listens and does what I kindly request. Kudos, ma'am...you are appreciated! The DePoe office I usually go to is in Fayetteville bc they're only about 10 mins from the house and my eye doctor, Dr. Caudelle, who had moved there. The atmosphere is different...I don't receive the same treatment. Even after I reiterate certain issues, they don't ever get resolved. Since my doctor also services this office, I guess I'll be making the extra 20 min drive. I promise satisfaction is guaranteed!

It was a wonderful experience. I accompanied my mother who is 82 to the appointment. They were kind and patient I loved how well lit the facility is to add. They have a large selection of eyeglasses. A very welcoming place.

Updated review: after speaking with Michelle, who listened to my issue and realized the complication was an easy fix, I was sent to their stockbridge location where the lab manager Wayne was able to EASILY fix my sunglass attachment with zero hassle, and zero damage. Id like to state furthermore that the update in my review, that the company itself holds a high regard to its customers, and to its standards, I will continue to do business with depoeeye center, just not the mcdonough location

Very not happy ! I ordered meta glasses here and meta glasses stop working and I wanted a refund and was told I couldn't get a refund unless I pay $30 .I haven't even had the glasses for 2 weeks . Which is insane . I don't recommend !! Do not buy glasses here . Very unprofessional . The workers looks at you very strange and not helpful at all . I repeat don't get glasses here . I recommend the griffin location their very better and helpful anyways !!

Outstanding!! Dr. Caudelle took time to examine and carefully explain everything to me, including the options for correction of my vision. I highly recommend this practice!

Dr. Laura Depoe is an excellent doctor. Her entire staff is welcoming, professional and thorough in their exams.
