Our experience from the appointment setting, arrival and examination was phenomenal! The examining doctor was great, informative and very knowledgeable. He asked at least 3 times if we had any questions for him. The office staff weee polite and friendly as well. Our specialist that helped us with our eyeglass selection and payment was very friendly, apologetic for our wait time and very helpful. We had a great experience at this location and we appreciate their professionalism.

. The doctor was great, and most of the staff was very pleasant. However, I had a frustrating experience with one staff member who called to cancel my appointment because I allegedly did not provide insurance information. I clearly stated that I do not have insurance, so the insistence on cancellation over inaccurate information was both confusing and unnecessary.
My husband ultimately had to go into the office in person to ensure my appointment was not canceled based on this misunderstanding.
Aside from this issue, the pricing was fair and the service itself was good

This was honestly one of the most thorough eye exams I've had in the last ten years! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by how clean and well-maintained the facility is.
The ladies working there are absolutely amazing - professional, friendly, and they made the entire experience comfortable and stress-free. You can tell they genuinely care about their patients and take pride in what they do.

I had a 9am appointment before Costco was even open to nonexecutive members. So for the first time in my life I didn't feel like I was being rushed through an appointment. The doctor welcomed me when I walked in, explained everything clearly as we went through the appointment, and processed my payment at the end. Obviously I know he has a receptionist who would handle some of this for someone with an appointment after 10am but this was by far the best experience I've ever had at an optometrist over the last 27 years since I got my first pair of glasses as a kid. Would definitely recommend.
