When I visited Clarkson eyecare not only was the doctor extremely nice, extremely thorough, and very professional but his staff were just as professional and thorough and friendly as they could be. I feel that I can trust them with my eye health. They made me feel that I was an important patient and they were happy to have my business.

I just had my first appointment with
Clarkson Eyecare at their Oakwood location and was very satisfied. The 2 ladies at the front desk were very nice and answered all my questions.I loved that I didn't have to wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor.
And the lady that helped me pick out my glasses was so helpful and honest about what looked good on me and also helped me find frames within my budget!

The customer service here is terrible, the receptionist has been rude on every occasion my family and I had the displeasure of visiting this location. The glasses purchased through this office have been of unbelievably low quality. Five pairs over the last few years for my sons and I have fallen apart from normal wear and tear, in fact one pair came apart less then two hours after picking them up. The wait time for the spectacles was interminable. We were told to wait two weeks and ended up waiting six only to find out that they didn't even get the prescription right. If you are thinking about going to this location please find somewhere else and don't learn the hard way like I did.
