Showed up 15 minutes early for my appointment, wasn't seen for a pre exam for at least 30 minutes after my appointment was scheduled. The tech still couldn't tell me after an hour when I would be seen. I never saw the doctor. They said they always run late and even though hours state they're open until 6 on certain days, exams stop at 5 so if you work a normal job you won't be seen. It's extremely inconsiderate to expect patients to be on time, if not early; but the doctor can run as late and as long as they want. Don't offer this as a "perk" of the SAMS club membership if the perk is a doctor who doesn't care about being on time for his appointments.

I saw Dr. Radu years ago when he first started at this location and was so relieved when I walked in this morning and saw him. He is a wonderful optometrist...just an excellent human being and a very very talented eye Doctor! His bed side manner is second to none. He will listen to your situation and he knows how to make patients feel like people. I cannot say enough good about his professionalism, character and unique genuineness! Thanks Doc. Pleasure!

The Dr was wonderful. Everyone is very nice and patient. The only thing is I went in yesterday to look at glasses and pick a pair I liked. I found the perfect pair the employee said she would put them in the system or hold them. When I came in today they lost my pair I picked out. They was the right look the right fit everything. The employee looked for 1 hour and the glasses was not on the wall so I know they had lost them. I would have give 5 stars if it was not for that. They need to put in the item number of these glasses in the system so this does not happen I am very dissapointed I had to settle for a pair I was not very happy with.

Horrible experience. With the prescription the Dr. wrote, I went to Costco to get my glasses (better selection and price) my glasses came in and I couldn't see out of them. The staff at Costco was very nice I. Helping me figure out what was wrong. The new prescription was way off from my previous prescription and they thought it was written wrong. I went back to Sam's and after a very long wait and lots of excuses. The Doctor said I would have to pay for another exam. At that point my husband had had enough. So I made an appointment with the Costco Doctor and discovered that the prescription from Sam's was bad wrong. I will never go to that eye Dr. Again.

My daughter went in for her contact lens exam and one of the trial contacts kept bothering her eye and Dr Radu was very helpful in getting her in different contacts at her fitting that would work the best for her with being on a computer most of the day- at the most affordable price. He's very knowledgeable about which brands have the best rebates going on to save the customer money without sacrificing comfort and best vision. We chose to not buy the eyeglasses from here though and ordered on Zenni to save some money than what they cost in the store.
