Let me start by saying Jenny and Nicole did a fabulous job. They were professional and kind and did their tasks with enthusiasm. I will however say, Jenny had to juggle three appointments at once which led to delays and a lot of waiting. They had to handle all the customers on their own, and I genuinely think at least 2 more employees needed to be added to the roster. A recheck contact appointment should have been finished start to finish in 5 minutes. I was on the call with the doctor for approximately 30 seconds and was out. I imagine slower days it is easier and I understand hiring issues, but help these women out! They still did everything they could to make sure each client was treated and happy and that goes to show how good at their job they are. But please help them out.

Oh my goodness. My experience in the past with AB has been delightful. This time it started a little rough. I made an appt on line and then they called & rescheduled. I got a little testy with the Scheduler that called. On the day of the appointment, I first apologized to the individual that did the rescheduling. Her name was Mercedes and she had been there only a short period of time. She accepted my apology and said she understood. From that moment, everything was perfect. I worked with several individuals. Mercedes, Sylvia & Nichole. They were all delightful , patient, knowledgeable and truly invested in my eye health & wellbeing. I will be going back for all my eyeglass needs. Big 5 stars from me.

The staff was very friendly. The doctor that worked with my son was great. My issue is with the billing department. Although with insurance my son is supposed to be $10.00, they made me pay full price. When we picked up the contacts we paid a portion and the balance to be paid by insurance. I have verified what insurance is supposed to pay which equals my balance. Over 4 months after the visit I get an invoice for the contacts. I contacted insurance and they confirmed how much they would pay which is the balance. I have left multiple messages for someone to call me back and have requested that they submit it to insurance and nobody will call me back. They are great while you are there, but after they get your money, they want nothing to do with you.

I had an amazing experience here! I do not recall the name of the kind lady who did my eye exam, but she was kind, answered all my questions, and was very patient! I then went to Jasmine to help me get all sorted out! She was very patient, welcoming, funny, and informative. i LOVED her! And you can't leave out the Crystal at the front desk! Throughout our few phone calls and during my appointment, she was welcoming, kind, and comforting! i loved her as well! She had such sweet southern charm! I highly recommend this place!

America's Best is a very friendly professional environment. They took care of me with love and care from the time I walked in the door. I love ALL the staff there. Thank you Mrs. Nicole, Mrs. Jenny and im sorry I can't remember the older sweet lady at the desk with a warm welcome. Thank you ladies for going above and beyond to take care of my needs

Jenn is so unprofessional I was told to come in at 2:50 and she walked in while I was testing and yelled at the girl doing my test. I proceeded to wait and she put me at the end of the list. Why if no doctor is onsite why is taking them 1 whole hour to check guest out and give contacts this is a huge inconvenience and a waste of time! There is no sense of urgency or anything to help customers out and get them out of this establishment! Jenn proceeded to tell the other girls she leaves at 4:30 at 3:30 and stop taking guest and left it up to the only girl in the office that's not team management that's selfish and inconvenient to the customer and her team. This is beyond awful and I will NOT return to this location

I had an appointment here for 2:50pm and got many confirmation emails and texts requesting that I get here 10-15 minutes in advance. I arrived at 2:45 and was told I would need to wait 40 minutes because the providers were running behind and just went on their lunch break. I also work in customer service/hospitality and just because the providers are running behind does not mean that should affect your customers appointment! If anything that should shorten their lunch! Extremely unprofessional. I waited 2 hours to be seen and had other customers in the waiting area also complaining they have been waiting hours and have waited hours before. I will not be coming back to this location

Great experience today. Jenny and Victoria were both very helpful. Victoria patiently explained the doctor's recommendations and helped me choose affordable options. I highly recommend.
